Sweet low top canvas shoe
My son normally wears a size 11, I ordeee him a 12 in these shoes so he could grow into them. They seem to run a little small and they fit perfectly now which is fine for us but I would guess normally people would want to order up a size
These shoes are for a very narrow foot, and my daughters don't have chubby or wide feet. These shoes are frustrating because I actually started with a pair for myself. I normally wear a 6-6.5 in women's shoes. I have a pair of DC skate shoes and they are a 4.5Y size and fit perfect. Based on so many reviews stating how these run 1-2 sizes small, I decided to order a 6Y. When I got them, they were HUGE! Way to long for my foot. So I had to return them and the size I probably needed in the color I wanted is now no longer available on Amazon. Because of that experience, I decided to split the difference between my experience and that of others running too small when ordering for my girls. So I bought the size that they are currently wearing, thinking they would be a little larger. This was not the case. They were both too small and definitely too narrow. I really like the look of these shoes, however, so I'm going to try one more time by exchanging for a larger size. We'll see if it works.
