Seems the quality of dc shoes has gone down since i last owned a pair. They just seem chincy like some $20 walmart sneekers. Not the quality i remember back in my skating days
I do not see anywhere in the description that these are "vegan" and "made with algae". I looked at image of the shoes and they look decent. I didn't see the photos show "made with algae" inside. Anyway, I ordered light blue because they were cheap and I was like damn that's a good deal.They arrive at my house and what appears to be mold all over the bottom of the shoe. Look at the pictures of the light blue shoe! It shows the "mold" on the bottom as well.. why are all the other shoes with a nice white sole on the bottom but the light blue shoes have brown and that mold look (algae I assume). Had I saw that picture before hand i wouldn't have ordered these!Amazon is no help they say contact the manufacturer. I asked if they are a defect or are they supposed to be like this. All the other soles bottoms are nice white. Someone answers "we don't have the shoe in stock so we don't know". You don't know your own product? I worked in the fashion industry. We manufactured ladies dresses and other items. We had all of our catalogs going back 10 or 15 years. I could pull any one of those out and get you information if you asked me.
