Full disclosure, this was a sponsored buy, but I love them. Old school skater who was not allowed to ever wear DC's due to sponsorship issues (Etnies, DVS, AXION). Now with different MX sponsorship can wear DC's. Reminds me of a legit skate shoe feel (great foot bed /arch support, stiff sole, stiff upper, etc...) but instead of the old school skate shoe look (bulky), you get the old school vans flavor.
There is no shoe soles anymore. Feels like walking on pavement. I guess this company has decided to lower their standards.
