When it comes to running shoes, the Under Armour Women's Charged Rogue 3 stands out due to its thoughtful design and technology. The breathable mesh upper ensures that your feet stay cool, reducing the risk of overheating during intense workouts. This feature is particularly beneficial for warmer weather or extended runs.
The shoe also boasts a removable deluxe foam sockliner, which allows for customizable comfort. Whether you're wearing them with or without additional insoles, you can adjust the feel to your preference. The standout aspect, however, is the dual density Charged Cushioning® midsole. This innovative cushioning system absorbs impact while providing a responsive push-off, making each stride feel effortless.
On durability, the solid rubber outsole features strategically placed pods that enhance traction and resist wear in high-abrasion areas. This is essential for those who often run on varied terrains. Despite its many advantages, it's worth noting that the shoe is not water-resistant, which may limit its use in rainy conditions or muddy trails.
The overall aesthetic appeal of the pink note and wildflower colorway provides a fashionable option that seamlessly transitions from gym to street. However, runners seeking significant arch support might find the cushioning lacking.

Bought for my BFF for Christmas and she LOVES them. Perfect fit, very light.
I love these shoes! I am pain free when I am walking. They are cushioned yet stable. They don’t grip my feet because the width is just right. I can walk 8+ hrs for work. Then I can dance comfortably in them too! I wear compression socks for extra support and it all works wonders. When I am in need of shoes again I will definitely be buying these again!!!
I’m sorry it took so long for me to try Under Armor but now I’m staying with your brand !!! it’s the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn, and it blows other brands out of the water. So far I have purchased 3 of Under Armor and had not let me down.
I bought these shoes a couple of days ago and paid extra for shipping to make it come quicker. It came a day late and no help from customer support. However, the shoes themselves are very comfortable. I’m usually an 8-8.5 and got size 8.5 and it fit perfectly. Overall it’s a good buy.
I absolutely love UA shoes!!! I love the way these look, made extremely well. My only issue is they run half a size smaller.
Literally my daily wear shoe! So comfy and don't have to break them in
I’ve been looking @ these sneaks, but didn’t want to pay a lot. Prime day offered a good price. Like the color, fit & they’re lightweight. New soles in running sneakers seem to be bulky, thick & protrude far out the back. The sole on this 1 offers a bigger sole w/ out looking like a rudder. Better shock absorption too.
First off, I love the way the shoes look. They fit perfectly, and they’re very comfortable. I get lots of compliments on them. Or at least I used to until I stopped wearing them. After a couple of weeks, they started to make this loud squeaking noise when I took every step. It didn’t matter what surface. And I could often hear the squeaking when the environment was otherwise pretty loud. So I stopped wearing them because it became too embarrassing.
