The Skechers Womens GOrun 7 is designed with a breathable compression knit upper that offers a snug fit, making it feel almost like an extension of your foot. The unique knitted collar further enhances this natural feel, providing support without constriction.
One of the standout features is the HYPER BURST™ midsole, known for its incredible responsiveness and lightweight properties. This technology absorbs impact efficiently while promoting a smooth transition from heel to toe. Runners particularly appreciate this feature during long runs or speed training sessions.
The shoe's strategic rubber pillars ensure lasting durability while maintaining flexibility, essential for a natural running gait. Additionally, the molded heel counter gives a secure fit, helping prevent slips during vigorous activity.
However, while most users find the cushioning superb, those with specific arch support needs might find the GOrun 7 lacking. It’s also worth noting that if you have wider feet, trying a half size up may be advisable to achieve optimal comfort.
Overall, the Skechers Womens GOrun 7 blends style and functionality seamlessly, making it a great choice for both seasoned runners and casual joggers alike.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my dance-teaching, active daughter. She says they fit well, are very comfortable and nice sturdy shoes.
This is my 2nd pair of this sneakers. I love them, however they are not for everyone. I step toe heel and I need a sneaker with a high foam on the heel.
I run 6 days a week, usually around 30 miles per week. These have been my favorite running shoes in a while! They have a good snug fit, just enough that they aren't too tight, but your feet are stable and not sliding around. They are super "springy", and have a great shape to facilitate foot turnover. My average run times have been faster with these, and I've set some personal speed records on my threshold days wearing them as well. I think they're a great inexpensive option for runners who run often enough that they have to replace their everyday running shoes a few times a year!Update: After burning through my second pair of these, I tried several more expensive popular running shoes, as my runs are more advanced now. These are by far better for my medium/flat foot and slight overpronation!!! I would describe them as feeling something like a cross between the infamous Vaporfly and a good quality daily trainer.
Shoe fits good, has great grip and cushion but toe is a bit narrow.
If you need arch support (which I do not), then these are for you. If you do not need arch support, they will make your feet hurt if you put any kind of distance on them (and, I mean, like 3 miles.). I wish I had known they had this knot in the arch. I was conflicted on a review because I think they might be awesome if you need that support but I can’t run in them because of it. . . .
Good arch support and a comfortable ride. Hoping these will last for miles. Nice slip-on feature with laces that won't untie. Great value for the price.
the shoe fits well and I liked the fit around the ankle. I will use the shoe for walking the dog and jogging. The sole does not pick up stone or other items from the road or trail.
They are very comfortable
