The Saucony Women's Ride 16 Sneaker stands out due to its attention to detail in both comfort and stability. The PWRRUN foam midsole absorbs shock effectively, allowing you to run longer distances without discomfort. The shoe's design means that as you lace up, you're met with a supportive hug around your foot that doesn’t compromise on breathability. For runners who appreciate a smooth transition between heel strike and toe-off, this sneaker delivers remarkably.
The higher sidewalls are another highlight, providing a secure fit that makes you feel 'at one' with the shoe rather than just wearing it. This feature is ideal for those challenging runs where stability can make all the difference. Additionally, the aesthetic appeal of the Fossil/Pool colorway ensures that you’ll want to wear these shoes for casual outings as well.
However, while they excel in cushioning and support, some may find them a bit bulkier compared to more minimalistic designs on the market. Therefore, if you're used to a lighter running shoe, it may take a few runs to adjust to the added structure. Overall, the Saucony Ride 16 offers an excellent balance of comfort and performance, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to elevate their running game.

I’ve worn Saucony running shoes for years because they fit well and last a long time. However, I delayed replacing the last pair I purchased last year because they were still in great shape except for some wear on the toe. I wore those shoes everyday for work in a job that requires a great deal of walking and standing all day. I started getting hip pain and wondered if my shoes were causing it. Yes! The minute I put on the new pair I noticed the difference in the padding and comfort. After using them for a week at my job, even after walking and standing for hours, I am pain free. Such a relief. I will always buy Saucony running shoes for sports or everyday use.
Can't get over how comfortable these are and the colors are too cute! I've done about 100 miles with them and they are so comfy. the most I have ran in one go with these is 12 miles and have never experienced blistering or any discomfort. I am planning on buying a second pari for leisure.
Great fit! Very comfortable.
My big thing with running shoes is that they don’t feel comfortable running, especially on the rest of my legs (my knees especially). These make running so much more achievable. I love that shoes are very conforming to your feet, and I know that they’ll stay tight and in place for my whole run! I think this has been my favorite running shoe so far, and I will definitely repurchase.
My podiatrist recommended this brand of shoe for my trip. I had never worn Saucony before but I am now a convert! Bought one pair and immediately bought a second! I have high arches and these really give my feet support!Great cushion insert too! Do your feet a favor!!!
I have been on a hunt for the perfect sneaker. I have ordered 3 other pairs and have returned or will return because they are not comfortable and are hard to get on. Just received the Saucony shoes today and love them. Thankful that I can stop looking!
I am pleased with this shoe. I have always walked on the outside of my feet, but up until now, I had never bothered to look for a shoe to correct it. Recently, I started walking again, and I decided it was time to look for a more comfortable shoe. This is it! I feel much more stable on my feet, and my hips and shins are not sore after walking. Who knows? Maybe I will try running some.
I have been running in Saucony ride shoes for decades and have never been disappointed until now. I had to retire my well-worn Ride 15’s due to shredded sole, so it seemed a good time to upgrade to a newer model. I ordered both the ride 16 and the 17. The 17 was unbelievably stiff and unwieldy and was hard to even put on, though the size was correct with ample room for my narrow feet. It was not comfortable and I returned it. The 16 is lightweight, but is quite stiff as well with minimal flexibility. The changes I particularly dislike are the laces and the little slots that you have to thread them through. The end of the lace is round, but the slot is narrow and rectangular, making it nearly impossible to thread them through.Aside from that, the shoe is reasonably comfortable, though it feels uncushioned when I am running.Although I kept these, I will be seeking another shoe for running. I think they are probably ok for just daily wear or walking. I really wish that Saucony had not “ improved” this shoe!
