Purchased these after reading an article suggesting the Endorphin Pro line of running shoes for marathons. I had no previous experience with Saucony, but these have been my favorite running shoe. They helped me shave a minute/mile on my runs, have been lightweight, really comfortable with no heel rubbing, and they look great. When I run in the rain, they dry really quickly and don't smell funky like my Nike React Infinity when they get wet. The foam sole absorbs a lot of impact while also providing traction in dry or wet environments.
These are fast shoes. I cut 3 minutes off my 10k time and a little over a minute off of my 5k time. These are race day shoes, and are created to be light, so they won't be as durable as an everyday trainer will be. Look to the Endorphin shift or Endorphin Speed if you want a more durable shoe.
I purchased these shoes for a series of 8-10K races against stiff (i.e., younger) competitors and they did not disappoint. The fit was pretty good. They are less substantive than more structured running shoes, but they are surprisingly cushioned for lightweight racing shoes. They are also truly flat - unlike the rocker designs of Nike racing shoes - which made me feel more secure running on uneven terrain. Not necessarily the best choice for an everyday trainer, but a really solid racing shoe.
Not the best support hurt my ankle , it’s a great shoe for pros but not those that need ankle and arch suppport
Great shoe
Of course these are not the best of the best, or the latest model. But fresh out of the box helped me set two PB. Use them freely they're awesome.
Husband and I both love these shoes. They are perfect for practice if you are a marathon runner. If you are a long distance runner, these helped me shave off my time and I got a pr. So much cushion!
Really like this shoe, but the Endorphin Speed has more cushion and feels better made. Would recommend both.
