These shoes are so comfortable it feels like you’re walking on a cloud!
Although they are so incredibly comfortable, my suggestion would be to size up at least half a size if you are comfortable in one size!
Great support, very comfortable.
As a senior with foot issues the OC have been an answer for me.
I did'nt like them i gave them to a co- worker they ran narrow and just did'nt like the way they felt
The shoes are beautiful. That is a good thing as they are quickly coming out of my running shoe collection and into my casual shoe collection unfortunately. They are very comfortable and feel well cushioned, but there are a few problems. The first thing I noticed was the typical ON groove on the bottom of the shoe only goes half way. I guess less rocks will get caught. The shoe has no tongue- it is a sock fit. The laces are super thin and slippery, and very difficult to snug tight and to untie to try and re snug the fit. This will be a process that you will have to go through as the extra far eyelets that are available on most running shoes to get a better heel grip are not on this shoe, which made it impossible for me to get a snug fit on the heel. A change in this On shoe are the side pieces which are made of plastic and wrap around your foot. I was concerned that they might dig in to the top and side of my foot, but they did not. The fore foot footprint is very wide although the forefoot shoebox is not. The upper material is soft and stretchy so the shoe did not feel tight in the forefoot. I have bunions so that is always a concern of mine. While running in the shoe, I kept hitting my shoes together on the inside by the big toe due to the wide footprint- the outsole is much wider than the upper- sort of like Hokas, another shoe that doesn’t work for me. There is more cushioning in this shoe than the On Cloud (their first shoe and still the best shoe in their running stable)and less road feel- I like road feel though. The shoes are also heavier than the On Cloud, and heavier than my favorite shoes, the 4 lug Newton distance. I wear an 8.5 women’s shoe and usually a 9.5 in running shoes and these in a 9.5 were a good fit. If you like Hokas you may like these, but they don’t have quite as much cushioning as a Hoka. If you like the On Cloud- don’t switch.
I’ve had several pair of onclouds and these are not them
I wear a size 9M and this was a size 9M, but it was too tight and short and very uncomfortable. So, if ordering your size, order a size up in this particular shoe.
