The shoe is splitting apart On Cloud Weil not honor the warranty as Amazon is not a authorized dealer. Do not buy this shoes terrible customer service ! Over Priced Poor Quality !
I've owned these shoes for a little over three months. Initially, I was quite satisfied with my purchase. However, I've observed that they've begun to show signs of wear on the outboard side of the instep of both shoes. I haven't been engaging in rigorous activities like exercising or power walking—just normal, everyday walking. Even then, I'm disappointed by this deterioration, especially the considering the brand and their cost at the time of purchase. Based on the high rating and reviews, I expected these shoes to last longer.
After listening to the hype over this brand I decided to purchase a pair. I tried them on and they seemed very comfortable. However, after wearing them for about ten minutes of walking on my college campus, I noticed that my feet, calves, and hips were starting to ache, and every step just intensified the pain. Turns out the the arch support is too high and too close to the heel. Return them was not an option. Therefore, the purchase is a disappointing expenditure of $150.00.
I love the shoes but have only had them 6 months and there is material that is fraying in the front side of the show. Almost all the way through the shoe. I paid alot of money for it to have failure issues.
