The Nike Women's Free TR 8 Training Shoes are tailored for active women seeking a balance between style and functionality. When it comes to performance, the dual-fusion foam midsole is a standout feature, providing exceptional cushioning that adapts to your movements, whether you're hitting the gym or going for a run. The grooves on the outsole enhance flexibility, allowing for natural foot movement, which is crucial during training sessions.
From a design perspective, the Black/Laser Fuchsia color scheme is vibrant and eye-catching, ensuring you look good while staying active. The leather upper not only adds an element of sophistication but also enhances the overall durability of the shoe. These are lightweight and perfect for an intense HIIT workout. Love the way they hug the foot and offer support and traction.I have a deep aversion to sneakers with bulky rubber soles so my selection pool is shallow. These checked my sole profile box and are actually cute and functional. They arrive in a Nike Box without a lid but all the shoe packing was fresh. Seller wraps product in a clear plastic. This particular style is not easy to come by anymore. I consider them a great find
I bought this for cross training/HIIT and weight lifting to replace my old Nike. I paid 48 dollars for the grey color, which is perfect for my needs. This shoe is super light (I don't lile bulky shoes) and can feel like barefoot at times. It performs really well on body combat classes for high kicks and jumps, it does well on weight training, and it is almost good for HIIT. My only negative for it is that it has very limited lateral support for HIIT training, and that it feels a bit too wide/roomy for my narrow-ish feet (I'm a 7, 117lbs/5'5" and bought a 7). Also it slides backwards slightly for lunges, but not for squats. It also slides backwords for planks, so I need to place my feet on the mat to stay put.I did some light treadmill running in these and they worked for the lower intensity/short runs as well.Overall, I reccomend this shoe. If it's for walking / kicking around, these are super light and comfy and cute. If it's for cross training, these offer a very lightweight, responsive shoe (as opposed to the bulky ones with added whistles and bells) and it may surprise you that you will pick them every time for a quick gym workout.
Very comfortable, fits like a glove. I have wide feet and the fabric hug my feetperfectly. Will be great at the gym! So glad I bought them. True to size womens 8 1/2.
Update: I am three months in and I wear these occasionally and I’ve noticed that the Nike swoosh is peeling off the shoe. It’s so unfortunate because I absolutely lovvvved these shoes.Original review: These shoes are so beautiful. The are a little on the snug side if you have wide feet but still very tolerable. The listing said mens but they are womens shoes and sizes.
Love love love the look. I get lots of compliments; Not the best fitting shoe tho. The design is a bit odd. It feels as tho the sole of the foot gets pushed forward, altho there’s plenty of space in the heel area. I had to remove the sole inserts to get a more comfortable fit.
The best shoes!! I had my first pair for 5 years. Finally had toss them and I tried 2 other brands and they just didn’t compare to these. They’re the best. Really so comfy to just wear everyday and the best workout shoes all around !! True to size.
This is a comfortable shoe. My big foot is a 7.5M so I went with that size and it fits on my little foot (7M) just fine. Doesn’t slide or slip off my heel. I didn’t see any reviews about the seller so I was skeptical in regards to the authenticity of the shoe. I’m a fan of the Nike Elite TR shoes and these are just as good, if not better. Nike quality, for sure. They arrived in an undamaged Nike box and the shoes were brand new and nicely wrapped. My only minor complaint would be that when I went back on the website the next day contemplating a second pair, the same exact shoe I just purchased was advertised for $10 less. Not a wildly huge disappointment but if you’re a woman reading this review… you know how awesome we feel when we save a buck. Overall, pleased with my purchase and I would buy from this seller again.
Nikes are generally a little narrow in the toe box for me, and this one is no exception, but the that area will stretch after a few wears. These are my second pair - I wear them for Step and Tabata classes and basketball games. (The description above says it’s the Men’s version of the shoe, but it’s actually the Women’s, as Seller noted.) Nike stopped making these, and I’m bummed, because all the Cross Trainers they are offering now are either too clunky or heavy.
