Was a gift for lady in my family. She loves them because she says they are not heavy and very comfortableShe is a marathon runner
I purchased these , after reading reviews. I work 12 hours or more on my feet. These were well worth the price I paid for them. My feet and legs do not hurt at end of shift. It's like walking on clouds. Definitely will purchase again.
New Balance shoes are unisex so I bought a woman's size 8.5 to get the fit of a man's size 7. I was seeking the softest ride possible to cushion my bad knees. I have tried the softest shoes in the lineups of Asics, Brooks, Nike, Adidas, Saucony, Mizuno and maybe a couple of others and none can match the comfort and light weight, both, of the FuelCell Rebel V2. Even Nike's clownshoe, the ZoomX Invincible Flyknit, their softest, is not as soft as the Rebel V2, though it comes close. But if you don't have a job in a circus you probably wouldn't want the Nike. Unfortunately, soft doesn't help my knees. Maybe there is no help. But I still love the Rebel V2. If you too are looking for soft and are willing to go a bit heavier for durability, I can also highly recommend the vaunted Asics Nimbus 23 and 24, and the Mizuno Wave Rider 25, both super comfortable.
Super comfortable and lightweight. Love the color combo. Fit perfectly. I am a VERY picky shoe person, these are a WINNER!! My only concern is the white fabric, I am hoping it stays white.
Loved the shoe for running. I’m a runner and workout at OrangeTheory. Feels like you are running on a cloud but still has foot support. Love the bright and vivid colors! However, after about 5 months, it ripped on the inner sides of the shoe. Hate that because this has been the best running shoe. But hesitate to buy again due to thin fabric
I really like these. I've been trying out different running shoes only to end up returning them. I have a pair of On's that I love, but I'm training for a race and that particular pair are ultra plush and slow me down. So I've been searching for something that will give me a boost, and these definitely do! I loved the way these felt immediately after putting them on.The reason for 4 stars:I ordered an 8.5 wide and probably could've gone up to a 9. They do feel a bit snug and the wide width isn't all that more accomodating for a wide foot. I would consider my foot wide, though I don't always have to buy wide shoes. So this shoe won't feel great for those who need to buy all their shoes in wide width. Altogether, I'm keeping these and think I've finally found my new racing shoe.
These shoes are light weight and very responsive. I have had a couple of versions of the new balance 1080s which I have really liked. However, I thought I’d try something new since I don’t t care for the fit of 1080 v12 and the earlier versions are getting hard to find. I looked at reviews for these that showed photos of them tearing after 2 months. I don’t think these are made for every day runs. Save them for tempos, intervals, track workouts and races . They are amazingly light and they seem to propel me forward a bit. They are so fun to run in! 😁 I’m looking at another Fuelcell version for every day training but I really do love these and I love the asymmetrical blue and white block color pattern. So fun! Wishing you many Happy miles girls! I hope the review helps. 👍🏼
