I just recently purchased the same shoe at Fleet Feet. They have a scale you stand on and it measures your feet, length, width.When I put the shoe on it felt like heaven to my feet. I have always bought sneakers just by size and they never felt right. So I thought I'd go to them since they were highly recommended, I had surgery on my ankle with a plate and screws and nothing would fit right. Well she fitted me according to reading from scale and although I have always worn a 10 W, the scale said I was a 10.5 D. I'm like there is no way I'm gonna wear a 10.5 it's bad enough I wear a 10. But I put them on and wow what a difference. She told me that every shoe is different, where if you normally wear a 10 in some shoes you might need a little different size in another.I wanted to buy 2 colors but they did not have this blue one, so I found it here, the same exact style and same price.These sneakers rate 100% on my sore and tired feet. And also great traction!
This was a gift to my daughter. They are her favorite shoes and last for years. The color is gorgeous.
But not comfortable, had to return
I replaced another pair of New Balance sneakers that were almost identical to these. Of course I threw away the box right away because I thought they would be fine. This pair, which I paid $140 for, are not wearable. They have some sort of hard, large arch support built in, you cant take it out. After 2 days of wearing them, I had cramps in my feet all day. I have ordered New Balance and Columbia sneakers forever. No more New Balance :(
Once again New Balance tweaked something that didn’t need fixing. Shoes are now too narrow across the ball of the foot. Returned them
This is a great endurance running shoe. I even use it at my warehouse job where I walk 8-10 miles each shift. This is great support, overpronation stability and comfort. I did have to return the first pair though, as I ordered in my usual size and it was causing some issues. When I reordered a half size larger, it was so good I ordered more. I now own 5 of this exact kind. They are amazing!
I wear orthotics for over pronation. My right foot is worse than my left and forms a letter C in the lower portion so that my heel juts out to the right slightly. These New Balance Fresh Foam shoes have a flexible back so that my right heel although not straight is comfortable. I wouldn’t wear any other shoes. I walk three miles a day four days a week.
I bought these shoes in extra wide. That width is really hard to find. The New Balance shoes are wide enough and very comfortable. No break-in time needed.
