We were a bit nervous as we ordered this from outside the US. It is risky as it is way more expensive to return the item in case it doesn't fit, or it arrives damaged.Not only did they fit right, and the shoes are light and give great support, they feel super comfortable.I do have to say, tho, the color description is like Raincloud/Gum 020/Washed Pink, and the shoes seem to be plain light grey beige (box description). I was kinda hoping it would be the washed pink. Other than that, it is exactly what we expected, and more.I'll be using them for work every day, and I'm really excited for it!
These are the cutest little lifestyle sneakers! I really love them! I will say they run veryyyyy narrow. I ordered a wide and I do have wide feet, but the wide was still pretty narrow. My sister ordered the regular and omg hers were so narrow it would be impossible for me to fit my foot in them. If you have narrow feet these are for you! If you have wide feet like me I would definitely order the wide and then size up 1/2 a size or a whole size depending on how wide your feet are. I am always a 5 or 5 1/2 wide in tennis shoes. I wish I had a 6 wide in this particular shoe but I still love them. I only wear them for short periods of time shopping in the mall or grocery store.
I find these very comfortable and reliably sized. The material allows for good ventilation, but is not suitable for continued immersion. And you must be able live with traditional string lacing.

These look nice, and if they fit properly would probably be comfortable. I have two other pairs of new balances and got my usual 9.5 in those. Ordered 9.5 in these and they're too small and tight.

Very comfortable. I didn't notice in the pics when purchasing but the laces for these shoes don't go through holes they just loop around a string on the tongue, so tightening up the laces took a bit more effort than normal (like the laces don't just glide along as you pull against the other string due to the friction) but still very light weight, springy, and comfy over all.
Ordered 9.5, my usual NB sneakers size. These were about a half to one full size small. The width was fine but my big toe was touching the front. I even tried the next .5 size up and still small. Such a disappointment bc they are really cute, just don't fit right.
