As expected with New Balance, great fit and comfortable, great looking too! I consistently purchase New Balance since their 4E (Wide) option fits so well and is CONSISTENT with sizing. Virtually no break in needed, ready for the next overseas walking adventure!

I appreciate that the fresh foams are always very comfortable. These are great walking shoes. Color is a little brighter in person than the image. The tongue does not like to stay centered even with the laces put through. Still well worth the price.
Except for one pair of Nikes years ago (they wore out quickly), I've been an exclusive New Balance buyer since my marathoning and 20K days 35 years ago. The design, roomy toe box and anti-roll heels have always been great for foot and ankle health. The foreign made products (formerly China and now Vietnam) are not as good quality long wearing as the top-line American New Balance line, but they are more than excellent and long lasting for my 2-3 mile daily workout walks on concrete. When the heel wears down, I use them for yard work because the sole and uppers (which definitely outlast the heels) are in perfect shape.
It's like shooting in the dark when making a purchase in the Amazon Warehouse. I received these shoes in the right size but they were as wide as a house on my feet. They moved around as I walked around the house in them. I just couldn't adjust so I had to send them back. Love the design but didn't fit. However, that was my own fault for not going over what type of fit the shoes were.

Ran a 8 miles with these right out of the box. Good running shoe and VERY soft (lots of cushioning). If you're a runner like me and like lots of cushioning (I do) then this shoe will satisfy.
