Nice color and stability. Bouncy with arch support. I got this for my sisters when one was 6 and when the other turned 4. One of my sisters has wide feet and is a bit overweight and would get tired very easily. Or complained that her feet hurt. I love that these came in wide and she loved them and has since tiredout less. The younger one had balance issues and tripped frequently and would also tire from running around in boots and she liked these too. Only thing to keep in mind is that if they can't tie their shoes yet, opt for velcro or you'll be tying shoes often!
I bought this shoe because our Podiastry recommended this model and New Balance has the widest selection of sizes.They can easily beat the pricing and delivery times from the New Balance store. So why buy direct?
My blue-loving kid really loves having these bright blue shoes. He has super wide hobbit feet and it’s really difficult to find a proper fit. I used some of those stretchy silicone “laces” in place of the actual laces so he can get them on and off himself. He’s a rough and tumble kid that has a tendency to walk on and drag his toes 🥴 but they’ve held up for months going to school and general outings. Went through the wash without issue. We do also try to change into cheaper water shoes for backyard play to keep them lasting longer and looking nicer though.
