My wife loves this shoes. They are so comfortable and light, she said, that it feels like I have a spring in my feet. They do run a little small, so I recommend ordering half a size up. But once you find your perfect fit, you won't regret buying them. They are great for jogging, sprinting, or just walking around.
These are great running shoes. They have more bounce than the Wave Riders. Note that Mizunos run narrow which suits my feet perfectly. I wear a women’s size 6.5 in a dress shoe. Size 7.5 in these fits perfectly.
These shoes are perfect! Right fit, great support and cushion. Super happy with price and purchase. Thinking of buying another pair
Mizunos are my absolute favorite running shoes. They give great support and my feet never get sweaty in them.
Bought my normal size but this particular shoe seems to run about 1/2 short.
Use for running due to the cushion sole. Second pair
I was hoping to get some relief by going back to my roots with these Mizunos but they seem a lot narrower than they used to be. The greater cushioning is hard to find in running shoes and these have that but they are too narrow in the toe box despite sizing up. You can see in the picture they look a little longer than the Saucony Kinvara but that length is toward the inner side of the shoe and the toe box really angles in toward it. I expected them to be more comfortable than the Kinvaras which ruin my second toes but after a 5 mile run I think the Mizunos will do the same. These are a great shoe and the soles will hold up to mileage, but not for the square footed.
I am a former runner but I still buy running shoes a lot for walking and these are one of the best quality running shoe that I have found. I walk a lot and my feet never feel tired in these. Very comfortable shoe for walking (and I’m sure for runners as well).
