I have the previous version as well- Wave Rebellion. I am very pleasantly surprised that this new Wave Rebellion Flash fits better, feel lighter and bouncier, and the thong is shorter. As with my other Mizunos I bought 1/2 a size up and the fit is perfect!Highly recommend for anyone who never had Mizuno shoes before to give them a tray!
Rubbed my ankle raw! Took two weeks to heal. Just didn’t work for my foot.
I wear these during track workouts and races. They’re lightweight and feel fine while running. My only dislike is how the edges near the tongue are beginning to fray after less than 10 wears.
