The Mizuno Women's Wave Horizon 3 Running Shoe is engineered for those who push the limits of their running performance. This shoe stands out with its advanced Mizuno Wave technology that provides exceptional support and cushioning. The combination of the U4icX and U4ic midsole guarantees an unparalleled comfort level during your runs, allowing you to enjoy a soft landing and smooth take-off with every step.

When it comes to performance running shoes, the Mizuno Women's Wave Horizon 3 stands out for its exceptional blend of support and comfort. With the innovative Mizuno Wave technology at its core, this shoe not only cushions every step but also prevents common issues like overpronation, making it a strong choice for avid runners.
The integration of SmoothRide technology means that you'll experience a fluid transition from heel strike to toe-off, which is crucial for maintaining momentum during longer runs. Furthermore, the new sockliner adds an extra layer of plush comfort that makes these shoes feel like a true extension of your body.
Breathability is another highlight, thanks to the engineered mesh upper. It ensures that your feet remain cool and dry, even on warmer days or during intense workouts. Yet, while it offers many advantages, some users may find the cushioning excessively plush, especially if they prefer more ground feedback.
In terms of aesthetics, the black-metallic shadow colorway presents a sleek and modern look that will appeal to many runners. Overall, the Mizuno Women's Wave Horizon 3 is an excellent investment for anyone serious about their running performance.

First, let me start off by saying that I purchase a lot from Amazon and I do not leave many reviews. I guess when I purchase a product, I expect it to do what it's advertised to do, so I don't necessarily feel the need to leave a review, except this time! These Mizuno Wave Horizon 3 running shoes are without question the BEST tennis shoes I have ever purchased in my life. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis on my left foot for the past 3 months and 2 years ago I had it for 8 months. This time around I have litteraly discarded every single pair of shoes I own that do not give adequate arch support. Once I am healed this time, I will do everything in my power to make sure I never get plantar fasciitis again! Anyone that has had it knows what I am talking about. The pain in my heel is sometimes unbearable! The day these shoes arrived, I could barley walk the pain in my heel was so bad. As a matter of fact, I could barley get the shoe on my left foot my heel hurt so bad to the touch. Once I got them on, I simply could not believe it. The pain in my heel went from a 10 to a 3, instantly! I still felt some pain, but it was bearable. I went about my day with very little pain whereas prior to putting on the shoes my heel hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I also want to add that 1 week ago I purchased the Brooks Women's Levitate 2, put them on and put them right back in the box and returned them. Sorry Brooks, you just don't compare, not by a long shot!Anyone with plantar fasciitis or foot pain in general should strongly consider buying these shoes. They run pretty true to size, may need to go up a 1/2 size. Yes, they are expensive without question but you just can't put a price tag on your quality of life. Thank you Mizuno for finally making a tennis shoe that works for plantar fasciitis!!! You are the best!! Whoooo hooooo
Loved the look, fit and comfort! But had to return due to sizing. Usually wear size 8 in tennis shoes but they fit small. Really bummed!
I normally don't write reviews but I've been looking for a supportive workout shoe (I do orange theory) that could really take a beating and this one (so far) is pretty amazing. I have a higher arch in my right foot vs my left, and that sometimes translates to my right knee bothering me on the treadmill if I don't have enough cushion. So far no problems with my knee and these just feel very good on. I ordered a 6 (my normal size is a 5 and I have narrow feet) and I can easily slip these on and off. Not sure how they'll hold up long term as some reviews mention them falling apart after a while, but they've made it through two weeks of OT so far and almost daily hour long walks pretty well.
I needed a new pair of walking shoes to go to Universal Studios in Orlando. These fit the bill perfectly! They have a good arch support within the shoe itself and also outside along the arch. They are extremely "cushy" and great for walking. The outside color combo is nice as well - not too flashy. I love them!
I love the shoe. As a a runner that needs to address over pronation of feet - this shoe is excellent. I have ordered this model over the past 5 years, however this model seems to have weak shoe lace eyelets. I am careful not pull up as I tighten the shoe (thinking that would cause the tear to start) however, within the first 30 miles the eyelet actually tore through. I am re-ordering the shoe for the last time and actually looking for someway to strengthen it myself. I hate to sacrifice the fit of the shoe for a weak eyelet area.
I love Mizuno athletic running shoes, this is my 3rd pair. I spent much more on this pair than on my first 2 pairs, and it was worth every penny. I was only going to wear them for my runs and workouts in the gym, but I find myself putting them on anytime I'm at home and running errands. I will need another pair sooner than later with this habit, but they're so comfortable compared to any other athletic shoe I've ever owned, I will deal with it. I also have bunionettes (bunions on the pinky side of the foot), so I need a shoe that is not necessarily wide, but which does not have any hard components that press on this part of my foot, and these shoes are perfect for that. I just love this pair of shoes. I hope that Mizuno keeps making this model indefinitely.
These shoes are so comfortable! I use these shoes when I’m working, and my feet and legs never hurt after a long shift. I can only imagine how these feel when running in them. Definitely worth it! Never cheaping out on shoes again.
In the past I have purchased the Wave riders... but stumbled upon this one while browsing for new shoes. I love these shoes! I walk a lot for exercise and these have been great and supportive shoes! Would definitely buy them again!
