I ordered a half size up even though they're true to size because my toes always hit the front of the shoe when I run on the trails. Despite other reviews on other sites about these shoes they aren't that heavy...important note that trail running shoes will be heavy than regular trainers. I love them, the support and no break in period is a total win! Don't hesitate to buy them. You will not slip, trip or fall in these!!!
