I bought these to wear with some diabetic orthotics I have to use. They were too tight as there wasn't enough room to accommodate them. So I returned them. I hated to do it because they looked good and rugged.
I like them but they need to fit better. I order the wrong size, how do I return them so I can get the right size ? Thank you
Item listed was NB 880v13. What arrived was 880v12. V12 seems to be just a smudge narrower than v13. I will think twice before ordering something sold by Fleet Feet again.
Husband has been wearing 880 shoes for years and these are the first ones that he said run small and are a little narrower. He exchanged the shoes for half size larger and he said they fit him very well. He said bumping up a half size helped with the width too, he wears 2E. Shoes appear well made and should get as much life out of them as previous 880 versions.
