When it comes to tackling rugged trails, the La Sportiva Mens Bushido II GTX Trail Running Shoes stand out due to their innovative features and thoughtful design. The integration of the Gore-Tex Invisible Fit Membrane allows you to run confidently in wet conditions while keeping the overall weight of the shoe down. This is particularly beneficial for those who often face rain or snow on their running routes.
The slip-on construction offers a unique fit experience – wrapping your foot securely like a sock without the discomfort that can come from overly tight lacing. Whether you're embarking on a long-distance run or navigating technical terrain, this feature provides both comfort and ease of wear.
In terms of grip, the FriXion XT V-Groove2 outsole shines. Its dual-compound rubber composition ensures excellent traction, whether you're bound for dry, rocky paths or muddy trails. Additionally, the lug design adds confidence when descending steep hills or maneuvering through challenging spots.
One aspect that deserves mention is the ergonomically designed padded tongue, which promotes breathability. This feature keeps your feet cool and comfortable regardless of how long your run lasts. However, it's worth noting that the shoe has a 6mm drop, which might be slightly unconventional for those used to a higher drop but can significantly enhance ground contact feeling.
Overall, if you're in search of a reliable, waterproof trail running shoe that doesn't compromise on weight or comfort, the La Sportiva Mens Bushido II GTX is an exceptional choice that caters to serious trail enthusiasts.

I hiked in deep snow and extremely rough, mountainous terrain during the summer with these, they perform well.Just ordered my second pair. I normally wear a size 13+, but for these I order size 14.
It looks stylish but that's about it. I had to go up one and a half sizes than normal to get something that fit and even that is kind of tight.
Fit as expected. Light-weight, but stiff enough sole for rocky terrain.
I love the shoes for their tight fit and grippy soles. I HATE these shoes because the laces fail before the shoe and finding replacement laces is near impossible. The laces they come with are skinny and replacement laces are typically not. When laces are replaced it becomes 10x harder to tighten them up on my feet. Just make the lace loops bigger.I have bought 3 pairs, so I'm a glutton for punishment.
For how much you pay for these shoes they should not hurt your feet.
