When it comes to running shoes, comfort and performance are paramount, and the Hoka One Men's Running Shoes truly deliver on both fronts. The unique J-Frame ™ design provides stability without adding extra weight, making it an excellent choice for runners looking for a reliable shoe that does not compromise on agility.
The breathable engineered mesh upper pairs well with the removable padded insole, creating a snug fit while also allowing airflow to keep your feet cool even on longer runs. Runners have reported that these shoes excel in terms of cushioning, making them particularly suitable for those who log many miles each week.
However, it's worth noting that while they are fantastic for many users, some individuals with specific arch support needs might find them lacking in that department. Additionally, the price point might steer budget-conscious shoppers towards more economical alternatives.

I was experiencing very sore feet after work and these shoes healed me! Im a nurse and I’m accustomed to working 10 12 + hours a day on my feet. I have predominantly worn asics forever as my work shoe, but my bunion had been aching and my feet were really hurting after work.8 weeks after wearing these shoes with custom orthotics and most all of my foot pain has vanished, and im not working any less. My left foot bunion is doing OK and my feet have not felt sore and achy after work in a while. I will say that for the first four weeks of breaking these shoes in I didnt love them. I felt like i was having pain under my patella, but after four weeks of getting used to the new shoes that pain went away and my knees feel just fine. I almost gave up on these shoes because of the knee discomfort. My knees usually dont give me any trouble. I stuck it out and I am glad that I did because these shoes are probably the best work shoes ive worn. I just finished a normal 10 hr shift and my feet are not sore at all. Thats amazing!!!!I hope this review will help people.
These are so pretty and they’re very comfortable for my long distance running
This is a gift for my son. He Loves the shoes and the color and very confortable.

Very nice shoe
Embarking on my journey with the Hoka ONE ONE Men's Running Shoes in size 9 US was met with a blend of excitement and cautious optimism. As an avid runner and someone who has tried a variety of brands, I had high hopes. The shoes are marketed as being designed for maximum comfort, speed, and durability, and many of my friends in the running community have sworn by them. After multiple weeks of use, my emotions range from appreciation for their undeniable comfort to slight disappointment in other areas, particularly the fit and performance during long runs. Let me elaborate on my multifaceted experience with these running shoes.👟 Unparalleled Cushioning Yet Somewhat Bulky Design: A Comfortable DilemmaThe first thing that you'll notice about these shoes is their massive cushioning. The amount of underfoot padding is genuinely unparalleled, offering an almost cloud-like feel as you run. For short-distance running, this serves as a superb advantage, turning each step into a cushioned interaction with the ground. However, the same benefit becomes a bit of a hindrance during long runs. The padding, while comforting, adds bulk and weight to the shoes. Over longer distances, this additional weight starts to feel cumbersome and affects running efficiency.🤔 Fit and Arch Support: An Inconsistent ExperienceThe fit is another area that leaves me with mixed feelings. While the toe box is generous, providing ample space for your toes to breathe, the arch support seems inconsistent. During the initial miles, the arch feels adequately supported, but as you progress into longer runs, it's almost like the support diminishes. This could be due to the cushioning compressing under your weight, but it’s a concern for anyone dealing with or looking to prevent arch-related issues.🏃♂️ Traction and Stability: A Mostly Positive AffairOn the upside, the traction on these shoes is commendable. Whether running on asphalt, concrete, or even lightly gravelled trails, the shoes offer excellent grip. However, the high-stack height due to the heavy cushioning compromises the overall stability when running on uneven terrains. I've found that my feet tend to wobble a bit when I hit an uneven patch, raising concerns about potential ankle rolls.🔥 Breathability and Thermal Management: Keep Cool but At What Cost? The breathability of the material is another positive. Even during hot summer runs, the feet remain relatively cool. But there’s a downside: the material, while breathable, is not as durable as I’d like. There’s some noticeable wear and tear already, which is a bit concerning considering the shoes haven't been in use for that long.👀 Aesthetic and Style: On-Point but Not a Deal-BreakerLastly, let’s talk about the aesthetic appeal of these shoes. They look modern and stylish, coming in a variety of color options that will match most athletic wear. However, when it comes to running shoes, performance and comfort trump style, and here the shoes deliver a mixed bag.🌟 Final VerdictIn the final analysis, the Hoka ONE ONE Men's Running Shoes in size 9 US offer a complex array of pros and cons. While they excel in cushioning and breathability, they falter in areas of fit, long-distance performance, and durability. If you are a short-distance runner who prioritizes comfort above all else, these might be the shoes for you. However, for the more serious runners looking for a pair that offers a balanced performance across various aspects, you might want to consider other options. So, to all running enthusiasts out there, my review serves as a cautionary tale—while the Hoka ONE ONE Men's Running Shoes have their merits, they also come with limitations you should consider. Thanks for investing your time in reading this comprehensive review, and may your next run be that perfect blend of comfort and performance. 🏃♂️👟🌟
