To begin, I’m a middle aged guy in above average shape for my age. I’m not a triathlete. For my bicycling, walking, hiking and all-purpose activities these are the best sneakers I’ve owned in recent memory. They fit perfectly as an 11D and were comfortable from the start. They are exceptionally well suited for walking all-day long and provide more cushioning than any other sneaker I’ve ever owned.Yes, they’re pricey. They’re built better than the Nike or Adidas I’ve owned. Worth every penny.

This is a very comfortable and perfect for walking great for my lower back and hamstring injury.
I disliked the first week that I felt like I was going to fall backwards. These HOKA are replacing my other pair that has a different heel.After one week, I got used to these HOKA'S and really like them a lot.It seems like I am walking faster, even so I don't try to and have to make myself slow down a bit after a while.
Fit perfectly if you follow the suggestion of ordering a half size larger than normal.
