The shoes fit me perfectly. I really liked the feeling of support the second I stood up in them. They did not simply take my weight and squish them down but instead they took my weight and held up. They do allow for some cushioning effect but you can feel the solid construction and material taking each step with no issues. These are my first set of Hoka shoes and so far I am highly impressed. I stand and or walk around most of the day working in healthcare and for anyone out there doing the same these are the shoes for you by far better than any other shoe I have worn.
Shoe was comfortable in the toe box, good cushioning but the sole is way too slippery in wet road conditions. Be aware if you are a road runner that the surface on these shoes is a bit slick when roads are wet.
