The Craft Sportswear Women's ADV Nordic Speed 2 stands out in the realm of trail running shoes thanks to its exceptional blend of comfort and durability. Its breathable nylon mesh upper keeps your feet cool and dry, while the TPU toe guard shields against rocks and debris without adding unnecessary bulk.
The shoe’s midsole, crafted from CMEVA foam, delivers a plush feel underfoot. This cushioning is particularly beneficial for long-distance runners, as it absorbs shock efficiently, promoting a more comfortable run. Additionally, the sculpted heel extension allows for gentle landings as you transition through your stride.
When it comes to traction, the unique triangular tread pattern on the outsole ensures you remain stable on both wet and dry surfaces. Whether you're navigating muddy trails or rocky paths, the ADV Nordic Speed 2 provides reliable grip, allowing you to maintain speed and confidence in your strides.
On the downside, some runners with wider feet may find the fit a bit snug, especially during longer runs. Furthermore, while these shoes are adept at handling a variety of terrains, they may not be ideal for extremely harsh winter conditions.

To begin with sizing, I wear a size 9 in most running brands (Nike, New Balance and Saucony) and the 9 in these shoes fit perfect.I often run road to the trails so prefer a hybrid shoes such as these and found that they performed well on both surfaces. I have only run in these in the South East so I cannot vouch for performance on rockier terrain. These shoes do not have a rock plate which works well for me. They are lightweight, very nimble on the trail and handled descending well.Where these shoes fail: Drainage is poor!! I got stuck in the rain which led to some puddles and water went into the shoes but was not escaping. The shoes filled with water, got super heavy and my feet felt like they were stuck in a lake.If you run in dry conditions with a smoothish surface these shoes are great.
I am a size 8 and I purchases a size 8.5 and it fits well. I also ordered the size 9 but it ran just slightly bigger and wide and the back of the shoe was slightly higher on my ankle. I ordered a size 8 too but it fit like a 7.5. I wear my shoes with no socks and I use them for "indoor" shoes to run on my treadmill. The color is beautiful and very supportive fit.
These shoes have potential, but in the end, fell short for me. The look of the shoe is colorful and sleek. The laces are thinner than expected. The outer material is very lightweight and I like the colors. The toe box area in particular seems too thin to hold up to regular runs. I ordered my normal running size, but the shoe felt a half size small. The sole is cushioned and comfortable with an overall good fit outside the shoes being slightly short. Overall, I found the shoes to be decent quality but run slightly short with questionable longevity of the toe box.
These trail runners give a comfortable supportive fit - Craft ADV Nordic Speed 2 - Gerbera/roxo. I’m an 8.5 in most shoes with slightly wide feet and usually order an 8.5 in trail runners (expecting somewhat snug) - I stay with my normal sizing for hot summer (thin sock) rugged trail hiking and expect some stretch. However, I’ve discovered length becomes a definite issue when heel cushions (and price points) go high - I need to size up. For these high quality runners I should have ordered a size 9 for a true running shoe fit.The lightweight canvas uppers have a lot of flexibility over the toes. The soles lean firm more than cushy. There’s a very good grid design for traction. In use: Out of the box they are ready to go. I live in a hot climate, so right away appreciate the upper ventilation. These shoes handle my loose dirt trails very well. I tested them with ascents and descents, ruts and boulders, and the traction stayed supportive. The backs of the shoes also give noticeable support. Minor detail, but I really appreciate the thin flat laces - they stay tied and in place.Craft is a Swedish sportswear brand, founded in 1973. Craft Sports US is headquartered in Massachusetts. Color option Gerbera/roxo has a mauve base with light neon laces that match the neon soles - good tones for my dusty trails.
These shoes feel like they're well made, they are comfortable but they are just a bit small for me, like I would probably go up a half size. When I was on the treadmill, my toes come closer than I like to the front of the shoes. These don't have a ton of arch support but I still think they're pretty comfortable. They do feel fairly springy for walking & jogging. I did not get to wear these outside on any trails yet, we've had rainy & cooler weather lately so I have only used these on the treadmill so far. The colors are exactly like the advertised photos made them look. Something unique about these that none of my other shoes have is the offset loop on the back of the heel - that loop is perfectly placed to help pull these shoes on & off. These shoes have padding in all the right places as well so I had no uncomfortable rubbing or anything. The tad on the bottom is nice also, looks like a good mix for various terrain. The inside footbed has a waffle type pattern, it felt strange when I first put them on but I ended up really liking it! Definitely seemed to let the bottom of my feet breathe a little more! I would recommend these shoes - you just might need a half size bigger.
Great Trail shoe! Fit well and great tread at the bottom! Nice and lightweight shoe!! Well made shoe!
I really love all the colors on these runners! I usually wear a size 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 depending on the brand shoes. I took a gamble and got the 9, and I should have gone with a 9 1/2. I can wear the 9, it’s just a little snug in the toes. Hoping they will stretch a bit and be more comfortable. I have a high arch and feel like these shoes do not have enough arch support for me. There wouldn’t be enough room to add your own arch supports. When I first tried these on and wore them around the house, the heel of the shoe hit low on my foot. Felt like it was falling off or that feeling of your sock falling down in the shoe. As I wore them longer, I started to get used to how they felt. It may be my weird feet, and or not being used to these shoes. They seem to be very well made, have good traction, are very lightweight.I would recommend If you run between sizes, go a half size up.Over-all I am pleased with these shoes.
