I wear a size 9- I always get a 9.5 in Brooks. These are most comfortable. The area around the ankle, stretches and feels like a sock. The sole is firm and comfortable. I have a wider forefoot, and these shoes work! I use for walking, running, and surgical nursing! Great support!

I love Brooks. These just showed up this week and they are really nice. I gave it 4 stars because they are a bit narrow. I have a very narrow foot to begin with so if I feel like they are narrow that is saying something. I definitely have to wear a thin sock with them. They have good support though and have been comfortable so far.

I have tried to use these shoes for months now, but they are still causing blisters on my heels. I have used Brooks athletic shoes for walking/running for the past 12 years and they were the best I ever had. I am so unhappy about this. I am giving up and going to try another athletic shoe brand, which I never thought I'd have to do after the multiple pairs I have gone through over the years that worked perfectly for my exercise routine. Always comfortable until now.
