The Brooks Men’s Divide 4 Trail Running Shoe excels in providing a comfortable and adaptable experience for runners transitioning between road and trail. With its DNA LOFT midsole technology, you’ll find that the cushioning feels plush without sacrificing responsiveness. This is especially beneficial during longer runs where comfort is paramount.
When it comes to traction, the TrailTack rubber outsole shines. Its high surface area lugs ensure that you maintain grip even on uneven surfaces or light trails, allowing you to focus on your performance rather than worrying about slips.
Moreover, the shoe's breathable mesh upper and supportive structure offer a secure fit while keeping your feet cool, making it ideal for warmer weather. The inclusion of a TPU mudguard and toe cap adds an extra layer of protection against trail debris, which is a thoughtful feature for those rugged excursions.
On top of all these functional attributes, it's worth noting the eco-friendly aspect of the Divide 4. Constructed with recycled materials, it aligns well with the increasing desire for sustainable footwear options.
However, adjusting from traditional trail shoes might require some time as the fit and feel differ slightly. Additionally, while the color options may not be extensive, the bold aesthetics are sure to catch the eye.

Light weight. No issues to my feet after long walks
Brooks Divide trail shoe, one of the best fitting shoes I’ve found for special orthotics I have to use. Nice snug fit, but not too tight at top by laces. Great stability on both trails and pavement.
Great looking shoes and comfort
shoe was an average fit-nothing wrong with it but nothing to recommend it-for the price you can get just as comfortable shoes for a lot less-Nike Air Monarch is more comfortable and seems a better shoe
