The Brooks Men's Glycerin 15 stands out with its impressive combination of comfort and performance. The heart of this shoe lies in its Super DNA midsole, which provides outstanding cushioning, absorbing impact on every footfall. This means whether you're hitting the pavement for a casual jog or pushing through a lengthy marathon training session, your feet will feel well-supported.
One of the most noticeable attributes is the breathable air mesh upper that promotes airflow, keeping your feet cool even during extended runs. The 3D printed overlay not only adds style but also offers a snug fit that adjusts to your foot's movement, reducing the risk of blisters and discomfort.
However, while the plushness is a benefit for many, runners who prefer a firmer ground feel may find the cushioning a bit excessive. Additionally, some users report slight variances in sizing, so it's wise to try them on before purchasing.
Overall, the Brooks Glycerin 15 is ideal for neutral runners seeking maximum cushioning and comfort without sacrificing performance. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a newbie just starting, this shoe can adapt to various running styles, making it a reliable choice.

These felt comfortable right from the box. Many reviews state to order a half size up. I’m glad that I hesitated on that advice and ordered my regular size running shoe. I have plenty of toe room and they are nice and cushiony, which I need due to bouts of plantar fasciitis from time to time. I ordered the ASICS gel nimbus 18 and sent them back previous to ordering these Glycerins. The ASICS felt like a dress shoe; very hard and clunky with a more than needed drop from heel to toe. These Brooks are much better!!
I needed a good shoe for running with shin splints. I had tried many different options over the years but a friend recommend Brooks and I figured I would give it a shot. I could not be happier. I have added distance and reduced time in my runs, and have eased the pain of my shin splints with these shoes! I absolutely love them! They are solidly made too! I have put in quite a few miles and the soles still feel great. Definitely a good buy!
Love them. Use them for treadmill and also when out and about. Padding and support are great! More comfy than my latest model of Glycerine (17 maybe?).
12 miles right out of the box. Zero issues. I do like the extra padding/comfort at the heel, personally. This was a great improvement, as my feet testify. I hope they keep this padding in the future.Yes, get 1/2 size larger than the Glycerin 14 shoe, as others have noted. Strings stay tight. For anyone who used the Sketcher Resistance Runner (thousands of near 5 star ratings) before they quit making it...the Glycerin 15 is an excellent replacement. Sketchers messed up big time, to stop making that excellent shoe and then go "minimalist". Their loss because my feet lost! Well, I now have a good replacement...finally.
Was told to go half size up but I’m glad I stuck with my original size of 9. An 8.5 would have been more fitted but I’m perfectly fine with a little more toe room. Bought these for work (physical therapy clinic) since I’m on my feet all day and the shoes are amazing. Flexible, breathable, stylish and extremely soft.
I wanted to like these, but the suposed super cushioning is just not there compared to Adidas Boost or Hoka ones. Plus, it fits more like a traditional shoe instead of the sock like fit of the others. Lastly, if you have low ankles and cant stand the lip hitting your ankle, these shoes are not for you!
Perfect, I had the same model before I bought at a local store and went back to store a year or so later to find out they only had new different models... searched on amazon, found these, price was even cheaper than store... bought them and am wearing them now. Will certainly by again when the time comes.
My third pair of Glycerin 15s. Was going to try the version 16 but noted some mixed reviews so thought I would wait until I tried some on in a running store first. I am a 70 year old runner and have slowed down a lot but am still able to keep moving for a 10 mile long run. Haven’t felt any muscle or joint pain with these shoes. They wear well, fit true to size...not too loose or tight. These were around $90 compared to $150 new.
