The Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 22 delivers an impressive combination of support, style, and functionality that appeals to both casual and serious runners alike. With its advanced cushioning system, every stride feels smooth, allowing for extended periods of running without discomfort.
One of the standout features is the GuideRails holistic support system, which focuses on aligning your body in a way that minimizes injuries, particularly around the knees—an area often impacted by repetitive motion. This makes the GTS 22 particularly appealing for runners who have previously experienced knee pain or are prone to injury.
The shoe’s modernized fit thanks to the 3D Fit Print technology provides a snug yet flexible fit, adapting to your foot shape without adding extra weight. Runners will appreciate the breathability of the synthetic outer material, keeping feet cool during intense workouts.
However, potential buyers should be aware of the sizing recommendation, as many find they need to order a half to a full size larger than their usual size. This could create some confusion when trying to find the perfect fit, but once you do, the comfort level is well worth it.
In summary, the Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 22 is an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a reliable running shoe that excels in both support and cushioning. Its thoughtful design aimed at injury prevention sets it apart from the competition, making it a worthy investment for your running journey.

This product is lightweight and perfect for running or walking. It's very comfortable and decent on support. The material is very constructed and seems to withstand a lot of usage. These are one of the best running/walking shoes I've worn.
Needed a pair of wide runners/ walkers. These work great. Have plantar fasciitis and need wider shoes and these are my most comfortable pair.I can keep training at 61 years of age.
This is my first pair of Brooks shoes - a great balance of style and comfort. These are great daily wear athletic shoes but transition to the gym with ease. I log miles on the treadmill, play basketball and lift weights in the Adrenaline 22s and after six months they have help up much better than the On Clouds I bought. I have already purchased a second pair and will look to try other Brooks styles in the future.
I have a narrow foot, and these fit me like a glove. The tongue is nicely padded also. The fit, to me, is comparable to the NB 995's that I've been wearing for years. The GTS 22 is not as cushioned, but not bad either. They are very supportive, and the fit is snug. The best part is these shoes are very, very light weight. I'm not concerned with longevity at this point, as I've only had them for a few weeks, but the 995's don't last very long at all, and they cost 200 bucks. I've found a new favorite tennis shoe.
I have purchased this model instead of the gts23 just for the price. But I have to say that are awesome! I’m currently training for a triathlon and they are such a stable and soft shoes, just perfect for the purpose. Highly recommended
Very light weight, attractive, comfortable shoe! And it came in a B width which is SO difficult to find in 11 1/2! Nice thick sole, soft material, nice arch support and they are attractive. My husband loves these!
Wide toe box, cushioned, motion control, good looking, and priced right. While this model has been replaced with the GTS 23 you probably wouldn't recognize the difference. And you're saving about $50.
