When it comes to running shoes, the Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 21 stands out due to its thoughtful design that emphasizes both comfort and performance. Runners will appreciate the soft cushioning provided by the integrated DNA LOFT Crash Pad, which absorbs impact effectively. This feature, combined with the BioMoGo DNA midsole foam, allows the shoe to adapt seamlessly to your unique running style, making every footfall feel responsive yet cozy.
The fit of the shoe has been modernized with an engineered mesh upper that offers breathability while maintaining structural integrity. What sets this shoe apart is the GuideRails Holistic Support System. Instead of just focusing on the feet, this innovative design helps align the knees, addressing one of the most common areas of concern for runners prone to injury.
However, there are a couple of downsides to consider. Some runners report that the shoe fits snugly, especially during the initial wearing phase. Additionally, if you’re seeking a lightweight option purely for speed training, you might feel that the Adrenaline GTS 21 is a bit on the heavier side compared to other racing flats.
Overall, the Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 21 provides a solid blend of comfort, support, and adaptability, ideal for anyone looking to enjoy their running experience fully.

I’ve owned these shoes for about a year and they are totally over priced and did not last long. I’m a nurse so I go through shoes quite quickly. When I first got them they were ok, not as great as I’d expect. They rubbed the back of my heel pretty bad that caused blisters after about 5 months. They also began to squeaked and are the loudest pair of shoes in the whole hospital, I have patients tell me they can hear me coming. I won’t be buying another pair of brooks they just don’t last long and almost all of their shoes squeak.Never again!!
These shoes are exactly what my doctor had prescribed for my feet. I don't have any pain when I walk and it's very comfortable. I love these shoes!
Very comfortable and supportive.
I work somewhere where I am constantly on my feet going up and down the stairs and moving about. These shoes are very comfortable and durable. My coworkers constantly say how fun they are. A must-have!
I've been buying Brooks shoes for decades and will keep on doing so. They are comfy and supportive and have unique styling. Some years ago (about 6) they changed up their sizing so what I used to wear in a 10.5 is now an 11. Other than that, they fit well. So if your toe is touching and you used to wear one size, just go up 1/2 size and that'll work fine. With models for pronation and supination as well as neutral, there's a shoe for all. White is a little hard to clean, but nice.
Bought as gift for cross country runner. Really help with wear and tear on the knees. Size 13 fit was great and reports they are very comfortable for his runs.
This is a great shoe. It is my second pair I bought for walking. It keeps my feet feeling great. However, I noticed after just six months a hole is appearing in the front top of the shoe and the inside has worn faster than expected compared to the previous pair of shoes and other brands I have owned. Not sure if this is a one-off or a sign of overall quality. I still love the shoe.
I’ve been using the adrenaline for years. I upgrade to newer model when they wear out.
