Asics always fit a half size smaller, so keep that in mind when ordering. I was surprised at the quality of these shoes for the price. They seem to be 100% original Asics running shoes. I have used Asics for a very long time and would highly recommend a pair to anyone looking for a sturdy running or cross-training shoe. They simply last forever; you'll make your miles on this shoe before wearing it out! Best of all, Asics look great and there is a style and type for everyone in their product lineup.Bear in mind, this particular model is one of their base models. It is very light, yet very comfortable and seems to provide adequate support for my feet. Before I purchased these shoes my feet were aching from using a very old pair of Adidas running shoes, a week after I started using these Asics my feel quit aching entirely. Highly recommended for the price! If you have more to spend I would recommend a higher model, but these are great shoes to get you started.
I’ve been wearing ASICS forever...for the money they are the best value I have found and I do a LOT of shoe shopping.The sizes always run true, I have never had a problem with any of them, in fact Imhave never worn a pair of soles out, I usually gettired of them and buy news ones every year.I’ve tried all the other major brands and believe me, if you have an average foot these will do just fine and cost aboutOne half the price of them hoity toity fancy brands.So do yourself a favor, if you’ve been considering trying this brand this is a great opportunity!
These shoes came nice and clean. I like them a lot. I used to by asics that are easily broken into. These shows get a dedection of 1 start because they are very hard, They fit well but are stiff. Had to wear them a bunch of times walking around before i was ready to jog in them. They fit is perfect other that than that hard sole. They came clean and fresh. no scratches no tears
My husband normally wears Asics Gel-Venture 6, but I ran across these and they seemed to be a good deal so I bought them. He loves them! He says they're comparable to other Asics shoes he's owned and would give them 5 stars. They're true to size and have held up well for a few months. He uses them as a casual sneaker, not heavy exercise, so that obviously affects the wear.
These are good for the money but no where near as nice as the more expensive Asics. You get what you pay for. They are however comfortable and seem sturdy. If you are on a very tight budget these are a good buy.
ASICS are a wonderful brand of shoe, especially for people with high arches. They have always been very comfortable in my experience. I will definitely purchase more ASICS in the future.
I love this sneaker even if it is at their "lower" end of products. Their sneakers run a bit small so I got a 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly. I actually ordered a second pair b/c I like them so much and they are a great price. I highly recommend (though I just use them for everyday use - not running).
I wear these daily to walk to work. They are comfortable, lightweight, and the size was accurate (fit correctly). The black part of the toe scuffed up quickly but otherwise they seem very durable for the price!
