Got these for my son for Christmas. He has very low arches and says these shoes are the most comfortable and well-fitting he’s ever had! He thought I had them custom made for him. Great looking shoe and quality is holding up nicely so far after about a month!
Great fit
Good quality shoes as you would expect from Asics, however there only wide in the toe box and I bought an extra wide 4E. The tongue is thick and takes up space in the mid arch which makes things worse. Seems more of an appearance thing than a comfort thing...returned them.
I love these. plenty of room in the toe box, good cushion/rebound and decent support for walking. They have good support and don't 'squish'. The bright color is fantastic!
I usually buy this type of stability running shoe. The fit is always consistent.
The shoe fit well and a had a nice deep heel cup that held my foot in place even with my custom orthotics in the shoes. It was just, as the headline says, walking in them felt like enforced underpronation (also called Supination.) It felt like I was being forced to walk strictly on the insides of my feet instead of a neutral walk and that hurt at the knees and hips.I'm lucky I took them to a big indoor shopping mall and tried walking in them for an hour to see how they felt. Because they'd never been worn outdoors they were in returnable condition.I highly recommend all people test walk any new shoes indoors before deciding to keep them.
The shoes were on time as usual and exactly what I wanted in color and comfort, but I have to return them - they were too wide in the toe box. Because they are men's shoes, I ordered a 7.5w as I was unsure of the fit. I should have gone with an 8. I will be placing a new order to get the right fit.
