When you slip on the ASICS Men's Gel-Nimbus 25, you're greeted with a snug yet comfortable fit thanks to its engineered knit upper. This material isn't just soft; it's also designed to allow for excellent airflow, keeping your feet cool even during intense workouts. The shoe's emphasis on sustainability shines through, as a significant portion of its construction relies on recycled materials.
The star of the show, however, is the innovative cushioning technology. With PureGEL and FF BLAST ECO PLUS, every step feels cushioned, allowing for softer landings and an energetic push-off. Runners who often face joint discomfort will particularly appreciate this aspect, as the shoes absorb some of the impacts typically felt during runs.
However, it's important to note that while the shoes offer substantial benefits, they may not cater to all foot shapes perfectly. Some users report a narrower fit, which could be a consideration if you have wider feet. Additionally, while the extra cushioning enhances comfort, it does add some weight compared to lighter alternatives like the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39.
In conclusion, the ASICS Men's Gel-Nimbus 25 Running Shoes are an excellent choice for runners looking for a combination of comfort, sustainability, and performance. Whether you’re gearing up for a marathon or enjoying a daily jog, these shoes are designed to support you every step of the way.

I'm 5'11" and 300 lbs and after trying Hokas, Adidas, and New Balance shoes with the cloudfoam or whatever marketing they use, I can confidently say these are the comfiest shoes I've ever worn. The Adidas are probably second best, but the Hokas actually hurt the arches of my feet and I returned them.I actually ENJOY moving around in these; they've encouraged me to do more! The bounce in the ball of the foot is unbelievable and the cushion in the heel is perfect. I'm sure they'll wear down more as I wear them, but for now they're still my go-to for going on walks or standing for long periods. I've had them for a few months and only wear them a few times a week and they've held up perfectly so far.
The Nimbus 25 is a very different shoe than my last pair of Nimbus 23. The cushioning is more thought out and works well with internal gel cushioning. The sole is overall thicker but not as clunky as the older version. The top wraps your feet is super soft material and still provides good ventilation. The shoe feels lighter and more in control. They’re probably good for leisure runs but could work for long runs since they’re so confortable. They look great too!
Very good option for easy and long run. Lots of support and cushion feels like clouds. Great lockdown on my foot extremely comfortable. Can be used for running fast since they are also responsive👍🏽
I researched all over the internet for very cushiony tennis shoes for a man 6’3” tall 315 lb. These were in the top 5. These shoes are amazing and very comfortable and have a nice bounce when you walk. There perfect it you have bad knees or joints.
I bought these for my husband who runs marathons, and I have a pair myself. They are one of the best shoes for running- great cushioning, comfortable, and well-made in most aspects. My only complaint is that the toe needs to be reinforced a little better, or a different material used... after wearing them for about a month, the top of the shoe in the area of the big toe has worn thin and created a hole in the fabric. If you use these for occasional wear, it shouldn't be a problem but for runners who wear these for training and races, it could be better designed and reinforced in the toe. We bought a patch that goes inside the shoe to reinforce the toe, but the manufacturer should have taken this area of wear into account when making the shoe so I took off one star for that.Overall, it's a great shoe for running.
I've always struggled with foot pain, especially after long walks or standing for extended periods, thanks to my flat feet. Enter the ASICS Men's Gel-Nimbus 25 Running Shoes, and I can confidently say they've been a game-changer.These shoes have single-handedly redefined my concept of comfort. I can boldly claim that they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. The Gel-Nimbus 25 isn't just footwear; it's a relief for my feet. The impact on my flat feet has been profound. No more aches or discomfort after those extended walks or hours of standing. The gel cushioning is like walking on clouds, providing the perfect balance of support and plushness. What I appreciate most is their versatility. Whether it's daily wear, long walks, or travel, the Gel-Nimbus 25 doesn't disappoint. They're like my trusty companions, ensuring my feet stay happy no matter the adventure. In conclusion, if you're someone like me dealing with foot pain, especially due to flat feet, these shoes are an absolute revelation. ASICS Men's Gel-Nimbus 25 has my wholehearted endorsement – they're not just shoes; they're a remedy for comfort seekers. They are also stylish and go pretty much with any casual attire.
My posture might be wrong or my old shoes might be too overdue. I used an ASICS Fluidaxis for years, bought that pair in 2016 to start my running journey. It's 2024 now I just realized I may be due for another shoe. The fluidaxis is still in good shape considering it must have more than 700mi already as I use it not only for running, but for everyday activities too. The soles have become so hard in the last 2 years that it hurts my ankles if I run for more than 1.5 hrs.I bought the Nimbus as a Christmas present to myself and it will strictly be used for running only. The first thing I noticed when I put these on is that I felt I was hovering from the floor. Soles are very soft, very easy on the legs and ankles. I can run again without hurting my joints.
This shoe is a great recovery shoe. I use it many times on my recovery days. The cushioning makes it very comfy. I have about 500 miles on them and mostly I just jog and walk in them. I highly recommend them for recovery. The price on these originally was high at 189.95 so now when it’s lower at 100ish is a great time to get them.
