When it comes to running shoes, the adidas Women's Solar Boost ST 19 effectively combines technology and comfort tailored for serious runners. The air mesh upper provides excellent breathability, ensuring your feet stay cool even during those sweaty miles. The Tailored Fiber Placement enhances midfoot support, reducing the chance of injury and providing a snug fit that adapts to your foot's movements.
The footwear features a dual-density Boost cushioning under the arch, which significantly enhances the overall comfort. This technology not only absorbs shock but also returns energy with each step, making your runs feel smoother. Coupled with the Energy Rail midsole, your foot is guided through each stride, promoting a more efficient running style.
Another highlight is the Stretchweb outsole made from Continental Rubber. This aspect allows for a natural flex while providing superior grip on various terrains, whether you're hitting the pavement or trail. However, one of its drawbacks is that it's not water-resistant, which could be a consideration if you tend to run in wet conditions.
Overall, this shoe is particularly suited for runners looking for a blend of stability, support, and comfort during longer distances. While the lace-up closure may need repeated adjustments throughout your run, the benefits of this shoe clearly outweigh the cons.

I ordered them in my usual 7.5; they were a little too large and I had to return them; size 7 fits perfectly. They look and feel great.
This is my second pair of Solar Boost 19. I've been using Adidas for about 10 years, so if I find an Adidas pair I like, I stick with it until I can't find it anymore. The fabric part of shoe fits well. It has the right amount of cushion for my level of jogging. The tread seems fairly durable. Those are the principal things that matter for me.
If you have arthritis then you should use this shoes, I do have arthritis and this shoe is so comfortable that helps with my problem and I don’t have any pain at the end of my 10h shifts all week. I have all the kinds of Adidas Boost, hiking and running, they the best and comfortable. I did try all possible brands till I found Adidas with the boost.
I have run hundreds of miles in these sneakers. I am on my 4th pair. I don't particularly like the way the tongue is attached and the way the shoe ties. However, it is the only sneaker that I have ever had where I have no foot pain or discomfort whatsoever.
This is my third pair of Solar Boost shoes. These get me over 400 walking miles before needing a new pair. Good for my plantar fasciitis. Only reason I do not give the 5 stars, my feet get soaked in wet conditions (doesn’t have to be raining, just wet ground). The water flips up the front with each step and onto the top of the shoe. And not real stable for trails but they are not meant for trails.
Love the look. Super absorbent soles make for a smooth feel and easy on the knees when running or walking. Only initial concern is the rapid wear I'm seeing on the soles. I'm doing about 5-6 miles per day of walking on paved roads and in 3 weeks have almost worn off the yellowish sole part of the shoe near the points where the ball of my feet hit the surface.
These aren’t exactly my favorite color choice but I over pronate so need a good stability running shoe and the price on this color was reasonable. They do run a little large but not enough to make them returnable. I run 12-16 miles at a time and these are VERY comfortable on my feet and knees. I would definitely recommend and buy again :)
