I generally wear a size 7, but tend to run 7.5 in trail running shoes. The original Adidas Rockadia shoes have been my ride or dies for the last year and a half and was starting to show wear and tear. I was sad that I was not able to find them again, but pleased to see a new 3.0 version for sale at a great price. The 7.5 is still a perfect fit, but the soles of these shoes are both longer and wider, giving the trail runner optimal comfort and an amazing grip. I barely felt any rocks when running down the mountain, and the grip was phenomenal. Highly recommend. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
These were comfortable right out of the box and fit well. I purchased a10.5 and I have a narrow foot. I like the heel area because it really absorbs the shock. I purchased them to be able to walk on a wooded trail. I am able to comfortably walk over rocks, roots and dirt with complete support and shock absorbing cushioning. I have had these for 6 months and according to my pedometer I have put over a million steps on them and they are still as comfortable as when they were new. I would recommend these for trail use or even as a good walking shoe for pavement because of the cushioning. I will purchase another pair when it's time to replace these.
I bought these for my daughter who is wearing a normal 8.5 in Adidas. She tried these on and they are huge!! Going to size down and see if that helps. Otherwise they are comfortable and have good grip.
I wore these to hike at Zion National Park & Bryce Canyon. They run true to size and are very comfortable. They held up very well during my week long of hikes and survived the washing machine when I got home. I highly recommend!
They provide good support and traction, but the extended rear soles make your feet look like boats and tend to trip you up when descending stairs. The biggest problem is that after three times wearing these shoes over about two weeks, the shoe opening, which is a bit higher than my other trail-running shoes, is rubbing painfully on the insides of my ankles.05-10-21 edit: I wore these four times. There are now scrape marks on both of my inner ankles. Of all the trail-running shoes I've bought on Amazon, these are the only ones I've needed to return after they'd been worn. Because the purchase was outside the return window, Amazon charged a restocking fee of approximately 15%. Okay, but not really fair considering the shoes were causing injuries.
I ordered this shoe in the usual size I have ordered my Adidas in the past, 8 1/2. After confirming my purchase I read the majority of the reviews that said these shoes run large. The shoes arrived and they were enormous- easily what would have normally been a size 9 1/2. The shoes were additionally very stiff and uncomfortable. I returned them.
That they feel really good, no breaking in needed. very nice! I will keep buying as long as they have them.
