The adidas Women's Boost 3 Running Shoe in Dash Grey/Grey/Solar Red is specifically designed for women marathon trainers and road runners. Whether you're preparing for a half marathon or a full marathon, this shoe promises to deliver unmatched performance and comfort. Featuring a responsive Boost midsole, it ensures excellent energy return with every step, making it an ideal choice for long-distance running.
The shoe's upper is crafted from mesh material, combined with supportive overlays that provide both breathability and stability. This design helps manage your foot temperature during intense runs while maintaining a snug fit. The Stretchweb outsole flexes naturally, offering an energized ride that adapts to your strike. Additionally, the use of Continental Rubber enhances traction on various surfaces, ensuring you stay grounded irrespective of conditions.
One of the standout features of the Boost 3 is its commitment to sustainability. Made with Primegreen, which consists of high-performance recycled materials, 50% of the upper is made from recycled content, with no virgin polyester used. This eco-friendly approach aligns with the values of many modern consumers, making it not just a good choice for performance but also for the planet.

The overall performance of the adidas Women's Boost 3 Running Shoe is commendable, especially for those who engage in regular marathon training. The Boost midsole excels in providing cushioning; athletes will appreciate how it absorbs impact while returning energy with each stride. The shoe's flexibility is notable, allowing for a natural foot motion that can help minimize fatigue over longer distances.
When it comes to breathability, the mesh upper effectively manages moisture and allows for airflow, crucial during intense workouts. However, be prepared for a slight break-in period as the shoe may feel stiff initially. After adequate usage, many runners find the comfort level increases significantly.
The durability of the outsole is another highlight, offering reliable grip on both wet and dry surfaces due to the Continental Rubber. While the shoe shines in performance, be mindful of sizing; some users report that they need to go half a size up for a better fit. Overall, the Boost 3 stands out not only as a high-performing running shoe but also as a responsible choice for eco-conscious consumers.

I normally buy size 8 in Adidas. And got these on 8 and they are a little bit roomy on the toe part. But not that it affects how you walk and feel them, but they are definitely roommier.
I run long distances. I bought a pair of Ultra Boost initially, but they were too tight even I bought them one size larger. I was loosing my hope on adidas until I tried the Solar Boost 👌🏼 They are nice looking option if you are looking for an Asic tipe of shoe but better looking.
This shoe is perfect for cross training. The shoes have more support than a running shoe. They fit as advertised and I love the extra wide white sole.
I was told to order down a size but it was too tight for my liking. I like to wear thick socks and have room to move my toes.
I love the color and how good my feet feel when I wear I wear them!
Sizing is a bit weird and it’s not the most comfortable shoe. It is very light though.
