Made with a waterproof rubber shell, you can confidently splash through puddles knowing your feet will stay dry. The non-marking, lugged rubber outsole is another feature worth noting; it ensures excellent traction, which is particularly beneficial during rainy conditions where slip hazards are present.
When it comes to comfort, many users have reported that while the boots fit snugly, they might require a short break-in period. Once you’ve worn them a few times, they conform nicely to your foot without feeling overly tight. It's advisable to size up if you prefer wearing thicker socks.
In terms of style, the buffalo color gives these boots a versatile look that pairs well with a range of outfits, from casual jeans to more formal attire. They are an excellent option for those who do not want to compromise fashion for function.

Bought these boots for my husband- he loves them! Thy are good quality and are waterproof! Easy to put on and take off too!
These are so comfortable!
I initially purchase 1 size down but had to return it and go with 1.5 size down, no big deal. These are super comfortable and cute. Keeps my feet warm and dry while looking good. It also came with two sets of laces, which I didn’t expect.
This is my third pair of Sperry duck boots. As usual, I bought a size smaller, I wear 9 and for some reason I have to go a size down to 8. Beautiful boots and I'm happy with them with one cosmetic flaw. The photo suggests that the black rubber portion below the quilted top is a high gloss surface, like high gloss rain boots. I was bummed when they arrived and saw that they have a matte surface finish. Other than that, they still look great, fit well and keep my feet dry in the winter.
I originally ordered these in a size 10 (I normally wear a 12, in women's shoes and a 10 in these fit well) for a trip to the Denver area. I returned them and got a 10.5 in order to wear thick fleece socks underneath during the days when it was cold and snowing. That worked perfectly but they also were not too loose when I wore them with just normal/thin socks. Saying I love these boots and was so impressed during my trip isn't saying enough. I explored both urban and rural Colorado, snowmobiled, played in the snow, hiked at Garden of the Gods, made the trek around the Royal Gorge park, braved the million-and-one stairs at Red Rock Amphitheater, and so much more in just these boots. I never once had to worry about blisters or moisture getting in and just by wearing different socks I was able to control the warmth each day (it was anywhere from the teens to the sixties). These boots are amazing! The best part of all is I can wear them at home in Florida on rainy or cooler days and not look like a weirdo... unlike if I had bought real snow boots for my trip. I was so broken hearted when I sat down in the Denver Airport for my flight home to find that one of the seams on the upper was starting to unravel, I had plans for these boots after vacation... oh well, they are still within the exchange window. So, score.
I bought these in size 8 for my 11 yr old. He loves them. They were bought for school when it rains but he likes to wear them on the days his school meets at a farm.
I knew Sperry to make a good "boat shoe" and so I took a chance on its "duck shoes" for a muddy, wet PNW winter. I was very pleased with the narrow fit of this boot, and find it supportive of my injured ankle!(I even got it on a sale). highly recommended.
Ordered these and got them in like two days, which is great, because our weather is becoming very February New England. Lightweight and they look sharp. Got a great later season deal, $58, instead of the Sperry retail price of $129.
