I don’t often write reviews about things I purchase but these boots deserve praise and five stars. When buying online I tend to (subconsciously) brace for disappointment and return/exchange the item. Such is the nature of online shopping on Amazon. Dryshod have exceeded my hopes. The boots are every bit as good as the reputation of the founder. The mudslingers are the most comfortable rain/mud boots I’ve ever purchased, period. The rubber is supple and slick. Sheds debris and wet with ease. Nicely insulated with neoprene, not too hot or too cold even shoveling snow. They come out of the box with some kind of oil coating but it quickly wears off or can be wiped off. I haven’t worn these long enough to judge long term wear. For this price I expect they will wear as well as they fit. This model is the right one for my (lightweight) uses but Dryshod have many others to fit various needs. If you have the money to invest and need some quality mud/rain/work boots that compete well against Bogs, Mucks, etc… give this company a try… you can always return them if they don’t fit right…
