The Women's Keen Sparta II ESD Work Sneaker is designed specifically for those in the automotive industry, ensuring you have both safety and comfort while on the job. This sneaker showcases a non-conductive ESD construction that helps in reducing static electricity, making it an ideal choice for environments where electrical safety is paramount.
With a breathable mesh upper that is both durable and non-mutilating, these sneakers provide excellent ventilation to keep your feet cool during extended wear. The KEEN.ReGEN midsoles are noteworthy; they deliver impressive all-day comfort by offering 50% more energy return compared to standard EVA foam. Each shoe weighs only 11.1 oz (316 g), resulting in lightweight footwear that won’t weigh you down.
Additionally, the slip-resistant, non-marking outsole ensures that you maintain secure footing on various surfaces, while the non-metallic soft toes provide protection without adding bulk. These sneakers are particularly well-suited for light-duty roles in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

The Women's Keen Sparta II ESD Work Sneaker stands out as a reliable option for workers who prioritize both comfort and safety. In terms of comfort, the combination of the KEEN.ReGEN midsole technology and the breathable upper allows you to stay on your feet longer without discomfort. Users have consistently praised the lightweight feel of the sneakers which seems almost minimalistic, yet robust enough for light-duty tasks.
From a safety perspective, the electrostatic dissipative properties are crucial for those working around sensitive equipment. Additionally, the non-marking outsole is a significant advantage when working in environments where surface integrity is vital. However, it's worth noting that while the sneaker offers great protection with its soft toe design, it may not be suited for those requiring steel-toe reinforcement.
Care instructions are straightforward too; machine washing makes maintaining cleanliness hassle-free, which is important in industrial settings. Overall, whether you're on the manufacturing floor or running errands, the Women's Keen Sparta II ESD Work Sneaker combines practicality with style.

I started a new job and am on my feet for the entire day. These shoes are comfortable and lightweight, needed no time to break in.
I bought these for my wife after purchasing the men's high top version. She wears them constantly, feet feel great.
Needed to find a lighter more comfortable ESD shoe without steel or composite toes. All that matters is that it passes the ESD shoe tester at work. I do wear these barefooted because if I wear cotton socks it will not pass the tester, may need to find a different sock. Surprisingly comfortable even after 14hr days.
I purchased these shoes for work because I am required to wear ESD shoes. These ARE NOT ESD!!
These shoes have the ReGen foot bed according to the description, but they are not that comfortable. I really liked the look, but they just weren’t that comfortable. Returned them and bought the much more expensive Flint II’s, which are not as nice looking but are a thousand times better as far as comfort.
This is a beautiful shoe. I ordered a half size up to ensure toe room and that was the right thing to do. I noticed in some of the fotos that the tongue comes up high but the profile of the shoe doesn’t indicate that. But in fact they did, rubbing my ankle fronts. So I’m returning them but keeping the all leather Merrell Presidio which fits me better.
I wear these when I’m aiding on buses, which means walking around and keeping my balance while the bus is moving to help the kiddos riding in it. These are AMAZING. So grippy, breathable for really hot days in tin cans, they look like skater shoes so the kids think they look cool, and the cushion is indeed very noticeable and better than my (way more expensive) walking and orthotic shoes. Wish I had these when I worked in food service and retail.
I love these shoes, they're lightweight and super comfortable even after being on my feet for a couple hours. I searched high and low for a pair of decent looking ESD shoes that didn't have a safety toe as my work requires ESD footwear be worn, but we don't need the safety toes. So when I finally came across these, I jumped to order them and have zero regrets. It would be great if Keen could add some more designs for their ESD footwear and have more availability for soft toe esd shoes.
