I had recently started 12 hour shifts and I walk on concrete all day at work. My knees and feet would hurt so bad when I got off I could barely walk. I am so glad I found these and tried them. I wish I had found them sooner. They are so comfy it’s like walking on clouds!! I have had them for 4 months to date so I can give a great review on them. They are waterproof as I have only walked in water that was half foot deep but not deep enough that the laces were covering so deeper then that I don’t know if water would get in but assuming so. They are everything a work company would want in a shoe/boot. They cover my ankles so tall enough to me to be considered a boot. Not to heavy either. I work in a glass factory and actually make the bottles so I work around hot equipment/glass. I am constantly stepping on hot stuff and they have held up nicely! I go through 2-3 boots a year due to the hot stuff wearing down the boots but I might be able to make these last longer since the bottoms are thick. I will definitely be wearing these forever on!!! Size was true to size I did size up half size to fit thick socks in them.
Did prime try before you buy and these were an immediate yes for me. Been using for about a month so far and they hold up well after a 10 hour day. No break in period for me.
I have been using this shoe for almost a year now. I think the soles will probably wear down before the leather upper goes. I LOVE these shoes. I have "problem feet" (metatarsalgia and high instep) and was worried when I got them because they're leather. The break in time was minimal (about a week), and they are SO COMFORTABLE now. My only complaint is they get a little warm when you've been on them all day. Not enough ventilation, but its full leather, so that's to be expected. I get about 15k-18k steps on them for daily use. They feel like a sneaker but have the protection of a boot. I'm typically a 6.5 in regular shoes, and 7 in runners. This was a perfect size for me. Will definitely be buying this boot again when this one wears out.
I use these for work at the airport. They’re much warmer than steel toes, they are truly waterproof, and fairly comfortable. It is about 20-40 degrees on the days that I work and I am able to keep my feet warm for a whole 8hr shift by wearing thermal socks with these. The only problem I have with these is that one of the lace hooks snapped off the 2nd day that I wore them while tying my shoe. This didn’t stop the function of the shoe, but is inconvenient and disappointing especially considering how much I paid for these.
I tend to wreck my shoes at work and these have held up very well. Comfortable and sleek safety shoes.
The boots look exactly like the pictures. Cute purple and all. There's no insulation in the boots, but my feet stayed warm. I work in a warehouse, the temperature in there is 33°F. The composite toe is nice and sturdy, I constantly have heavy objects scrapping against my feet or falling on them. The soles of the boots are thick, but are decently lightweight. I stand/move during my entire shift. The thing I hate most about them, is how uncomfortable they are! There is absolutely no cushioning in the insoles whatsoever, the soles are solid and flat. It's like walking barefoot on concrete. The boots fit tight and are rubbing my toes/heels sore.
I had recently gotten hit with plantar fasciitis from wearing old stretched out boots that I wore through two pregnancies. I had to buy a new pair immediately and I needed a good arch support to help with the pain. These met all my requirements. I did have to break them in a few hours at a time for the first week or so, but after that I could wear them comfortably all day. They fit good. True to size. Nothing rubbing anywhere to make them uncomfortable. I can wear ankle socks and be comfortable all day in the summer. I recently tried five different pairs of safety toe boots and ultimately decided to go back to these for round two!
