My last purchased was a year & a half ago. I wore it everyday in my car workshop & working on cars. It gave me the protection from slipping & certain level of toe protection. The anti-fatigue insoles works wonders especially keeping aching heels away. This is my second purchase & I swear by this pair of shoes.
Excellent construction, the fit was surprisingly spot on (10.5,W), and they have a professional look for uniform wear. I am partial to the flat black look rather than the glossy look. They are easy to clean and the anti-fatigue insoles are comfortable, especially for the lower back and knees. I stand for long periods, patrol in multiple environments, and these are great. The only downside (why not 5 stars) is the first lace eyelet near the ankle does dig in the foot sometimes but it is rare. Great product!
These are the most comfortable shoes. First off they run a little big. I normally get size 11 but I ended up with a 10.5. The shoe finish is pretty dull looking but that's about the only negative thing I could say. I rarely write a review in fact I can count the number of reviews I've wrote on one hand. So that in itself should tell you that you won't go wrong if you buy these shoes.
This is my second pair of these shoes. The arch support is great and they last forever. They take a few days to break in but are extremely durable and comfortable.
Not even 30 days of use and my feet are hurting, and the material they used that looks like leather is cracking badly. Beware just because this shoe shows timberland Pro they are not the same quality as the timberland pro titan shoes which are all leather. Stick with the titans as I can wear the titan over a year and my feet do not hurt.Timberland really let me down and now I'm stuck with these shoes that I paid a lot of money for and cannot send them back because I wore them.
These shoes are comfortable and give me the support I need. They were a life-saver when I was pushing a wheel chair around the streets of London for two weeks.
Tough as nails, just not comfortable right out of the box, ....after purchasing an inner sole separately the shoe feels way better
Edit after 1 year:Sadly, these shoes did not hold up to daily shop use. The sole is still great, good slip resistance and durable, but the uppers, not so much. They have a vinal like coating over the 'leather' that started peeling off after 6 months in the crease areas. Then a hold formed and are not good in wet environment now. Too bad, because they are still comfortable and the soles are great.Original review:Love this shoe! Excellent build quality and materials, and the design is both comfortable and attractive. The insole is OK but not great, replaced it for a better one and made this shoe 5 star. The sole is not as grippy as my Wolverine durashock, but probably will be more durable.the picture I attached is with over 3 months of mechanic shop use.. and you can hardly tell they've been worn! Best work shoe I've ever had, which is surprising because I loved my Wolverines, but after 3 months they showed the effects of the harsh shop environment. A simple wet towel wipe down of the Timberlands' is all that's needed to keep them looking great. Also, you'll notice the insole is not stock, Powerstep insoles fit perfect, no trimming at all, and are 100% better for comfort.
