The composite toe makes these lightweight n feel like your wearing tennis shoes to work.
I like them enough that I bought a 2nd pair 2 years later but definitely need to put different insoles in them. Feet get very sore after 3 of 4 hours. I've never had it get insoles for any shoe or boot
I'm on my feet all day at work. These boots are so comfortable!
Falling apart within 2 months of medium useage.. i wish they didnt because they are super comfy and my feet dont hurt but the soles are not great they are pulling apart on every corner....
I have been wearing timberland pro workboots for years as they are the only brand that doesn't jack up my feet. I prefer the Boondock boot but wanted to try something lighter weight this time. This boot is definitely lighter, feels more sneaker like but still bootish if that makes sense. I do agree with other reviewers that the insole is too thin and I replaced it with the timberland pro insert which makes the boot even more comfy. The only issue I had was the material from the boot tongue bunches up when I lace them up and dug into my ankle, at first. I have run into this issue before on waterproof boots (the tongue is attached farther up the lace area to achieve waterproofing) so I had to fiddle with the bunched up material and how tight I laced them for a week or so until they became more comfortable. Now it is no longer an issue.
This is my 2nd Pair , I am very happy with the fit ,Work in auto body shop on my feet all day, support is great ,very comfortable, and light weight.
