I bought these thinking that they were patent leather, like what is common in the US, that mirror shine. But, when I opened the box up and seen these, I noticed that they weren’t patent leather from the US, they are a more typical UK version of patent leather. I then remembered that Ted Baker is a UK company, and of course this is considered patent leather.But I am pleasantly surprised, as I do like them a lot.Beyond that, the construction is pretty good and they are comfy as can be, just after hours in them (12 hours straight yesterday).As for fit, I am a size 10 D normally, and that is what I got and they fit perfectly! 👌🏽If you’re looking for a more sublte patent leather shoe, looking for comfiness, and a good build… these are a good fit for you.
