The Skechers Men's Athletic Work Style Construction Shoe stands out in several areas that are crucial for anyone needing reliable footwear in their job. The slip-resistant outsole provides solid traction on various surfaces, making these shoes ideal for construction sites or kitchens where spills can occur. The incorporated alloy toe gives you peace of mind knowing that your feet are protected from impact.
Comfort is key when you’re on your feet all day, and the memory foam footbed is a game-changer. Your feet will feel cushioned and supported, helping to alleviate fatigue that often accompanies long hours of standing or walking. Moreover, the breathable mesh outer material ensures that your feet stay cool, even during warmer days.
For those looking for convenience, the pull-on design eliminates the hassle of laces, allowing for quick on-and-off access. However, it’s important to note that some users have reported a variance in sizing, so trying these shoes on before purchasing is advisable. Additionally, while they excel in most areas, they are not waterproof, which could be a limitation for some jobs.

Great work shoes, I use them in an automotive technology college
Functions amazinglyLove the classic memory foam insolesHard steel toeWill update if I ever drop anything on my toes while wearing them
Best work shoes ever. So good I brought 2!!
This is a nice shoe. So many of Skechers shoes are very wide " relaxed fit ". It seems there has been a widening of shoes over the decades. I assume this is to accommodate the, what I will diplomatically cal,l the widening ofof the population. This shoe is a standard width with a reasonable heel width. But I found the toe box too narrow. With the steel toe built in there is no way it's going to stretch to accommodate. I will be returning the shoe because my foot is more square at the toes then pointed.
Great shoes
Writing under my wife’s account. Decided to purchase these Sketchers work boots after going through several pairs of Timberland Pro boots. I have Sketchers shoes for everyday wear that I love and was very surprised at how uncomfortable these boots were. There is very little cushioning despite them having a memory foam insole and there didn’t seem to be the right amount of spacing for my big toes despite the boots feeling too large everywhere else. The size 10 in these boots feels like a size 10.5 in Timberland Pro boots. It was clear after 5 minutes of wear around the house that these boots would not be suitable for even a single day of work. Now I understand the $55 price on Amazon and am very surprised to see other sizes going for a lot more.
Good shoes , comfortable, not too tight, VERY light comprared to steel toe shoes. Only downside is the insole, it's not the super cushiony like other sketchers shoes. I used them for one day 9hrs , mostly just walking and insoles got Flat . After maybe 4hrs my foot started to ache. Got some Dr. scholl's , I'll see tomorrow how my feet hold up
This are pretty good work shoes. Steal toe, reasonably durable, lightweight compared to most work shoes/boots and comfortable. I replace mine about every 9 months or so, I've had 3 pairs now.
