When it comes to safety footwear, the Skechers for Work Women's Bisco Work Shoe shines for several reasons. Firstly, the relaxed fit design provides ample room for your feet, allowing you to move comfortably, which is especially important during long shifts.
Secondly, the memory foam insole adds an extra layer of cushioning that absorbs impact, making it ideal for those who spend hours on their feet. The steel toe cap is designed to protect against workplace dangers, adhering to the rigorous ASTM standards for impact and compression. Additionally, the electrical hazard safe designation allows you to work confidently around electricity without the fear of shock.
The slip-resistant outsole is another key feature, providing grip on slippery surfaces, thus reducing the risk of falls. With testing to meet or exceed the .5 coefficient on wet and oily surfaces, you can trust that these shoes will keep you grounded in a variety of work environments.
However, be mindful that some wearers might feel the shoes are a bit heavier compared to other athletic styles, which could take some getting used to. And while the design is practical, the limited color choices may not cater to everyone's taste.
In summary, if you’re looking for a work shoe that combines protection, comfort, and style, the Skechers for Work Women's Bisco Work Shoe stands out as an excellent choice. It is particularly suitable for women looking to balance functionality and fashion in their workplace footwear.

The shoes look nice, are steel-toed and slip resistant. They aren't as clunky as like big Timberlands. They have the weight of the steel toe but the shape of a sneaker with that rounded up toe so walking briskly is easier. They are comfortable except the inside of the steel toe rubs my toes next to my pinky toes. My first pair just wore out after a year of machine oil, metal shavings, sparks and God knows what else. As long as the quality stays high, I'll be a repeat buyer.
Had these for the past 2 years and still holding up, even when my puppy chewed them, which is why I’m back for more 😂 they are still just as comfortable as the day I got them. Tho I did buy a size up thinking they would be tight but doing so made them a bit too big so now I’m just going to buy my actual size and hope it fits better. (Size 10 bought 11) for being durable and actually lasting years where they are worn everyday, ontop of keeping their comfort the entire time (you can add new memory foam inserts when the one inside wears down) I rate a 5/5 star
I would say they’re probably not the most comfortable but they’re decent. I noticed there’s a slight gap in the padding at the toe of the shoes that feel slightly strange. It’s a bit clunky looking but expected for steel toe shoes. I am required to wear steel toe shoes very occasionally, and since I like Skechers athletic shoes, I decided to try these, as it cost around as much as steel toe shoes from Walmart, but looks better. My last ones from Walmart lasted over a decade, so hopefully these do too…we’ll see!
These shoes are great. Arch fit what I needed. Wore them the first day. 11 hour day at Amazon warehouse. A little sore but no problem. Second day tightened the laces and like walking on air. Love them so much ordered the other color.
Shoes are definitely as pictured, I ordered my normal size which is a 7 and they fit a little snug but not too uncomfortable. My biggest complaint would be that the padded insole doesn’t actually fit the entire inside of the shoe. The tip of my big toe rides the edge of the padding, which is more annoying than anything. For $60 not bad overall for a cheap pair of steel toe sneakers- I work in a ware house and we will see how they do comfort wise compared to previous sketchers I’ve gotten since they are my preferred sneaker brand.
I'm a residential painter and I'm constantly up and down ladders, on my knees on the floor, balancing on roofs, and using my tip toes to get just a little bit more! I have bought every brand name shoes and every cheap shoes you can think of. I wear them out in 3 months. So I thought I would get these. I figured they would hold up. I wore them for the first time and at the end of the day the top of my foot is swelled up and my toes are turning black and blue. So if you have a job where you just walk around then these would probably be great, but if you do real labor then I would not buy these unless you want extremely sore feet.
Good work shoe
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis a couple years ago, After suffering for at least 5 yrs..I tried shoe after shoe, repeat. i swear by the skecher delites and the work shoes. the soles are real thick, which is perfect for me because I work in a warehouse on concrete 10 hrs a day..I have a couple positions, one of which keeps me walking. I walk on average 16 miles a day. sometimes it's 20, sometimes 12-13. so my point is, these are great shoes, I donate them once I can feel the ground or floor. they're still ok for the average person.
