If you had a pair of Sketcher before then, you know the quality of the sole. It feels good, looks good, waterproof, steeltoe, slip resistant and it’s made of real leather and sturdy rubber. What not to like? Unless you live in the area, hot weather all year around..
I work 40+ hours a week at a factory. I am on my feet ALL day. Theses boots are excellent, especially for the price. I’m on my second pair. The first pair lasted about a year but probably would have lasted longer if i had not wore through the sole due to griptape on the floor in my work area. I work all over the plant now and 7 months in on 2nd pair. They have some wear and about 50% tread left. I love the rubberized toe and heel that really prevents cuts and damage to high wear areas. Break-in time is a few days as they are a little stiff at first, but you will be well rewarded buy toughing it out. Memory foam insoles are nice. I love Keen boots but these are now my cheeper alternative. In a few months I will be looking to buy my third pair. Sketchers rock!
The Fit is comfortable, hopefully it lasts 5+ years.
Wow!!! I have been a contractor for 10 years and I've had everything from Timberland to Carhartt steel toe boots and composite...This product for it's price is quite incredible.One thing not mentioned is that it brings memory foam insoles which keep the foot well ventilated with each step. They are super light. Also they run a little wide but not like clown shoes either.. I highly recommend these boots.. you got a lot for your money with them.
These boots are very reliable my first pair I had for four years before any problems comfortable keep your feet dry it’s a great boot
Bought these boots a little over six months ago and they are holding up well for light duty (warehouse). The fit is pretty good and the soles show very little wear. The major problem with these boots is that YOUR FEET DO NOT BREATHE in these things. Expect to have soaking wet boots by the end of your shift. I have to peel up the insoles when I take them off and let them dry out overnight. Many times I use a hair dryer to speed up the process (use a boot dryer if possible). I will soon have to soak them in detergent due to them smelling horrible. This is basically the only flaw that I have experienced with these boots.
I love everything about this boot. I am impressed how perfect they fit right out of the box. Not only that.. they feel great on my foot. Like it was made just for me! Not heavy at all.. I am very happy with it! I would strongly encourage anyone out there to give it a try! You`ll love it!
