In terms of comfort, the Rocky Women's Postal TMC 5101 excels by incorporating a non-metallic stabilizer which allows for flexible movement without sacrificing support. This is especially important for those who are on their feet for long hours, as it reduces fatigue significantly.
The outsole is designed for slip-resistance, which is critical when working in environments where spills or wet surfaces can be a hazard. The TPU/PU material offers both stability and flexibility, allowing you to navigate through different terrains confidently.
Moreover, the full-grain leather not only provides a polished look but is also practical—being water-resistant means you can tackle rainy days without worrying about damaging your footwear. Plus, maintaining the boots is straightforward, ensuring they endure through rigorous work schedules.
However, some users have reported that there may be a slight break-in period, during which the boots might feel stiff. Hence, patience is recommended for maximum comfort. Additionally, the color selection is limited, which may not suit everyone's personal style preferences.
Overall, if you're looking for a reliable and stylish work boot that prioritizes both comfort and safety, the Rocky Women's 4 Inch Postal TMC 5101 Slip Resistant Work Boot is an excellent option, especially tailored for postal service professionals or anyone requiring functional footwear in their job.

Postal employee, on my feet for 10 hours a day. These shoes are awesome. My feet feel great
The shoes were hard, the nylon laces kept coming loose simply not a comfortable shoes to work in. After a few days, I returned this item.
This shoe runs a little big so make sure you buy it a half size smaller but it's very comfortable
New Postal employee. Shoes fit well (changed laces). Tested water proofing- today 3/23. Success. Order over last weekend with expected delivery of 3 or 4 of March. Received on 2/28. Just in time for start date.Thank you
I used to wear Rocky work shoes faithfully. But they keep discontinuing the styles that fit me best. And they have a very limited selection for women. I can wear a men’s size 6, but Rocky starts at men’s size 7. The 5101 is the replacement of a style I wore for years. But they made the soles so heavy, and the grooves on bottom of sole are so wide, rocks constantly got stuck in them. So I stopped buying Rocky. After years of work shoes that don’t last like Rocky’s, I decided to try these again.I am seriously disappointed in these. The soles are still the bulk of the shoe, but not as heavy now. The shoestrings went super thin years ago, but now are ridiculously thin and extremely short. They are just barely long enough to tie. And the body of the shoe has been cut extremely short around the ankles, to the point there is no support and your foot slides out of shoe when walking. I had to return them, these are not safe, since they slide off your feet, and should no longer be postal approved.I wanted to love Rocky again, but do to the limited selection for women, I will continue searching for a quality work shoe.
As previous remarks said they run a bit bigger then size. If you wear a 7 order a 6 1/2. They are very comfortable and I would and have recommended them to a friend... Superior arch support and lite weight.. I work on hard surfaces for extended hours and these shoes are extremelycomfortable.
I have worked for the USPS for 25 years and comfort is my number one concern for my postal shoe. I walk most of my route which is approximately 14 miles a day. Only made it through the first hour. They hurt the outer part of my foot as well as my pinky toes.
I wanted to like these. Had great reviews unfortunately they were not comfortable to my pinky toes on both shoes. They were pretty heavy to walk in as well. Ended up buying the same pair of Skechers I have but in a bigger size.
