When considering work footwear, the Rockport Work Women's Junction View RK800 stands out for its impressive safety features combined with everyday comfort. The steel toe construction is a non-negotiable feature for many workplaces, and this shoe delivers on that front while also offering electrical hazard protection. These features give you peace of mind knowing that your feet are well-protected against workplace hazards.
The memory foam footbed deserves special mention as it adapts to the shape of your foot, providing support where you need it most. This makes them an excellent option for those who spend long hours on their feet, alleviating strain and fatigue.
In terms of practicality, the ability to machine wash these shoes adds a level of convenience that busy professionals will appreciate. However, be aware that some users might find they require a short break-in period to achieve the ideal fit. Despite this minor consideration, the overall user satisfaction indicates that the comfort greatly outweighs any initial discomfort.
On the style front, the brown leather exterior allows for versatility, seamlessly transitioning from work environments to social outings without feeling out of place. While the color selection is somewhat limited, the classic aesthetic is timeless and appealing.

This steel toe is stylish and not bulky. It does run a bit small. I wear a women’s 6.5- 7 and ordered a 7. It’s snug at the toe box so a 7.5 would be more comfortable. Order up 1/2 size if you want to wiggle your toes or wear a decent cotton sock. The soles are very comfortable (Rockport signature comfort).
Finally a safety shoe that is stylish and comfortable! These are much lighter weight than any other pair of safety shoes I’ve owned. Easy slip on, wore them 3 days straight right out of the box and was happily surprised my feet did not hurt!
My shoe size ranges from 6.5-7 and I bought a 7 and they fit perfect. They fit snug but comfortably (NOT tight and too small) from the first time I put them on but just like any other pair of shoes they definitely wear in to fit to your foot after a couple weeks. I work in an office in a mill and wear these 5 days a week. I’ve bought 2 pairs - each pair lasted me about 6 months before they started falling apart and water started to deep through(It rains frequently where I live). The insole could definitely use some improvement. I tried insole replacements for the boots but the heel on the insole I had was too thick and pushed my feet into the steel toe which hurt so I took them out and out the originals back in. I’m on month 6 now of pair #2 and the insole has holes in it that I can feel beneath my socks. I will definitely be buying these again because they’re the cutest pair of steel toes I’ve seen- though I will look for a better insole to use for the next pair . Pictures show shoes after 6 months of use.
Edit to add: I stuck these out since I paid $100 for them- and I can say after 2 weeks they finally feel fine, I can't feel the toe thing anymore and they are holding up pretty well. This edit was made about a month after purchasing and wearing!I wanted to love these so bad- I work in a paper mill so I needed a steel toe that wasn't bulky or looked like a men's shoe. When I found these, I fell in love. I only walk about 4,500-6,000 steps a day. At the start of the day, I was feeling great and I was loving the shoes! BY the last 30 minutes of the day I felt as if my toes were rubbing against a metal box where the steel toe is.I think I may try a wide version of my size even though I truly don't need it because I was true to size when ordering a regular but I want to love these so bad! But if you are walking 10,000 steps a day- I would forget these!
I don't like tennis shoe work shoes. I'm a shipping Clerk and work in a office. We wear uniform pants and pole shirts so these shoes look so good with them. I have wore twisted x for two years and got these to switch up. Glad I did. Everyone was wandering where I got them at. Comfortable!!!!
Ok, first of all, Rockport Works Junction have been my favorite workbooks for ages. I love their Carly boots as well. But they turned the Junction into the Carly (see picture). They used to be shaped different and have different soles (as you can see by the other reviews and the picture on the box). So now these have a slight heel, a more narrow toe cap, and a completely different look. I loved these boots before, but Rockport ruined them. These aren't the Junction, and I'm super disappointed.
I walk at least three miles a day at work on concrete floors and I am always standing. These boots have been so comfortable!! They are not heavy and they are so easy to get on and off. I usually wear a 10 but I ordered a 10.5. I work in a cold environment so I like to wear thick socks. They fit great and I am truly blown away with the fact that I have been wearing them and I didn’t have to break them in…..I will purchase another pair for sure!!!
I have bought 3 pairs of these steel toes because I am hard on them and I love them so much. I regularly get asked if they are steel toes because they don't look like it (which is a good thing in my opinion). I have plantar fasciitis and these provide great support, I can easily walk all day in them. I used to be a warehouse manager and walk over 10,000 steps a day and these were so comfortable and cute. I could go from the factory to a meeting and still feel cute.
