I bought these to wear for interviews and formal occasions at manufacturing facilities that require safety shoes. They fit perfectly, and looked great with a professional business suit. I do not wear them everyday, but I could see them being comfortable enough to do so.
This is shoe is just what I needed for work. I work 12+ hr shifts in a restaurant (front and back.) The alloy toe has worked great. I apparently dropped a knife on my foot at one point and didn't realize it. I have a gouge mark but the toe clearly stopped it from penatrating the whole boot. I dont slip at all even on greasy kitchen floors. Comfort wise it works. I can wear them all day but may eventually invest in an insole because there isn't any padding. My biggest complaint is the color. I had ordered the charcoal. Not even close. It's not a dark shoe more darker tint of grey but not as dark as the photo. But definitely still cute!
I rate this pair of shoes 5 stars!! I have about 15 pair of safety shoes because of how uncomfortable they are and how different the sizes run. These boots are far more comfortable than any other pair I have. I have a narrow foot and these do not look bulky. I will buy these again.
They are nice looking shoes. But, their is no support for bottom of feet. I wore them for a 12 hour shift at work, walking on concrete. Feet was hurting so bad when I got home I couldn't sleep.
Only wore them around the living room so far, but they feel comfy and light. Not sure I believe they are real leather, but best deal and style I've found so far for safety toe shoes that resemble something I would normally wear to the office. They slip on easily which is nice since I plan to wear sandals to work and only slip these on when I need to walk out on the plant floor.I typically wear a 9 or 9.5 and there's plenty of room in these 9.5 size.
I ordered these because my company requires safety shoes if you are on the manufacturing floor. I am in the office 95% of the time and I needed something that would go with office work attire. I ordered in my usual size 7.5 but they are quite big and clunky. I am searching for a different brand/style and will probably resell these. Wish they'd make a women's ankle boot safety shoe with a bit more of a heel and better fit. I probably should have ordered a size 7 but it's still not my favorite.
