Been wearing the required steel or composite safety shoes for 36 years (machine shop work). These are the most comfortable safety shoes I've ever worn. Be fore warned however that they will only last about 4 months in a work environment (8 hours a day standing on concrete floor). It's a trade off between comfort and durability but if you have bad feet like I do, their worth it.

I am so disappointed in the quality of the Reebok Work RB4301 Men's Fusion Formidable Work Safety shoe. I had a pair for 4 years before it started falling apart (the sole cracked in the middle). I ordered a new pair from Amazon and within 2 weeks the sole started falling apart. They were very helpful and replaced them with a new pair. I was hoping it was just a defective pair, but I'm thinking that's not the case. Again, this second pair I received the sole is also falling apart.Sorry Reebok... its time for me to look for a new brand of shoe that either has better materials (if this is the problem) or better quality control that will catch the bad shoes from being sent out.
I like the feel of the shoe, dislike the quality. The upper stitching on the toe came apart after a month. The sole separated from the foam. I like the shoe, however, I wish it had better quality properties.
Wear safety boots 12hours a day, so far so good, cant fault them, ticks all the boxes
